Soul Restaurant In Legnano

Culinary wellness program. Last night I celebrated the anniversary with my husband for the first time in this restaurant and I unexpectedly experienced a truly incredible journey of culinary well-being. I was captivated and fascinated by the exquisite kindness, refinement and passionate professionalism of Mrs. Gloria who managed to convey to us the magic and passion applied to the preparation of all the exceptional courses which are truly unique creations of the talented Chef Fabio. The personalized combination of wine tasting designed for each course is perfect. In short, total involvement, a unique pleasure.

Service and kindness of the staff, certainly first rate. The raw material treated perfectly. Excellently designed dishes. But above all, the love and passion for what they do...you can't find it in many other restaurants. Value for money...excellent. I wish this restaurant the best of luck... it deserves it! I will definitely come back

Sono stata ieri sera a cena con il mio compagno per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di fidanzamento. Abbiamo scelto il menù Essence. Otto portate con abbinamento di vini al prezzo di 145 euro .... Tutto buono.....da provare almeno una volta.....

Non scopri questo ristorante se non lo cerchi, visto che è posizionato al di fuori di centro storico della cittadina. Ottima accoglienza di Gloria, molto preparata e affabile, in un ambiente fin troppo essenziale. Il menù degustazione propone cinque piatti, tutti veramente notevoli per creatività e gusto (congratulazioni allo chef!). Viene proposto anche un abbinamento con vini specifici per ogni portata, questo porta il conto finale ad un livello, secondo me, non più equilibrato. Oltre a questo, alcuni dei vini proposti (es. un vino "biodinamico" prodotto in Alto Adige) scontano un posizionamento troppo guidato dalla narrazione che dall'effettivo contenuto. Infine un'area di sicuro miglioramento deve essere il tempo per consumare la cena. E' vero che la degustazione richiede tempo, tuttavia tre ore piene per tutta la cena rappresentano un tempo da contenere decisamente.

Absolutely positive experience, the only restaurant in Legnano that offers dishes different from the ordinary with combinations and ingredients of rather refined raw materials. The location is simple but very welcoming. Gloria's welcome is exceptional and highly professional, with a smile and a lot of dedication she accompanies you, from start to finish, in the proposed experiences with particular attention to the explanation of the courses and the matching wines. Each dish is technically well structured by the Chef and refined in the combinations of ingredients which are certainly first choice. A special thank you for having satisfied us with a specific request of ours with reference to a dish proposed in the past which was currently off the menu. I can only recommend trying this restaurant because, from my point of view, it deserves more than one visit

The non-starred starry one. The experience at Soul is a starry experience, without the pomp of starry-eyed people. Raw material expertly processed to produce dishes with an international flavour, which break the monotony of Legnano catering. Excellent wine list, with fair mark-ups, and enhanced by the wisdom of the maitre/sommelier who, with a smile, manages the room. The bread and breadsticks produced at home and harmonized with the dishes on the menu, give an additional boost to an already excellent menu. To return and to recommend.

Ho pranzato al Soul il 29/10 per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Le aspettative erano molto alte perché abbiamo ricevuto molte segnalazioni positive da amici e mi trovo completamente in linea con il loro giudizio. Siamo stati subito accolti all'ingresso da Gloria che in maniera discreta ma al contempo calorosa ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Accompagnati al tavolo ci è stato chiesto se avessimo voluto un calice di vino (non incluso), che ho accettato e su consiglio della responsabile di sala ho ordinato un prosecco rosè che aveva un profumo e un gusto fuori dal comune. Il locale è elegante e ricercato, sulle tonalità del bianco e dell'azzurro, può sembrare freddo ma in linea col taglio del ristorante. CIBO: abbiamo ordinato il menù degustazione completo, ogni portata è stata un viaggio nei sapori, odori e colori (per altro raccontati benissimo dalla responsabile) della cucina di qualità. È stata un'esperienza fantastica, ogni piatto colpiva nel segno, sapori esaltati dalla ricerca degli abbinamenti e da una cottura impeccabile. Porzioni perfette e bilanciate, lo chef ha cercato di farci provare qualcosa di fuori dal comune e ci è riuscito perfettamente. In definitiva il primo posto tra i ristoranti di Legnano è più che meritato, complimenti.

Ottimo, consigliato anzi consigliatissimo...

Ambiente rilassante, Gloria il Sommelier estremamente competente, sorridente e gentile attenta ad ogni dettaglio, siamo stati coccolati per tutto il pranzo, tempi ben bilanciati nel servizio delle portate. Materie prime eccellenti e ricercate, il menù offre una buona scelta in linea con la stagionalità dei prodotti, i piatti sono realizzati con estrema maestria dello Chef Fabio, in ogni piatto un percorso attraverso abbinamenti eccellenti, ottima l'idea di servire il pane (rigorosamente prodotto da loro) di diverso tipo in base alle portate, apprezzato l'assaggio di olio toscano. Promosso a pieni voti!!!! Grazie ci rivedremo presto!
