A true osteria; don't expect a five-star atmosphere. But in my opinion, that's how it should be. The dishes reflect excellent tradition! Highly recommended.

A charming osteria in the city center, with a beautiful park in front. The atmosphere is secluded and peaceful, the service attentive, and the food excellent. The prices are also fair. In particular, the arrosticini and fried lamb were delicious, and the homemade pasta was excellent!

We had lunch on May 1st with my wife and our 7-month-old son. Excellent service, a welcoming place, and very good food... I ate the best fried lamb chops of my life.

Aligi's Grotto is a constant surprise because every time it manages to surpass the previous visit. Everything is delicious, the service is excellent, and the courtesy is great. I highly recommend it.

A truly authentic experience in the heart of L'Aquila.
At the Osteria, Mario puts you at ease, and the atmosphere immediately fills you with authenticity.
The appetizer of typical products was a journey through the flavors of Abruzzo.
But the real star was the lamb: simply amazing, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, as tradition dictates. And plentiful.
The wine selection was also excellent: the CantinaArte proved to be a perfect accompaniment, balanced and of the highest quality.
Friendly service and the perfect temperature completed an experience absolutely worth experiencing.

High-quality products, very tasty first courses with a focus on traditional cuisine (scrippell mbuss and chitarra with Teramo-style meatballs were really good!). Wide selection of meats. For vegetarians, fried pizzas, soups, and scrambled eggs with truffles are excellent options. Overall, everything was great! We were all satisfied!
It was a challenging meal for the restaurant owner with so many small children, but I must point out that the waiters often forgot about us, so we had to get up to ask for something or make ourselves noticed... they could have kept an eye on us every now and then.
