In the heart of Casale lies this historic, traditional inn. My partner and I started with a caramelized onion tarte tatin and veal with tuna sauce, both excellent. I then ordered the purple potato gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, which were very good, while my partner had the tajarin with Bra sausage, which was also very good. Very professional and friendly service. Recommended!

The atmosphere is refined yet retains the flavor of old-fashioned eateries. The service is attentive and friendly. We had lunch here, with two appetizers and two first courses, all very good and fresh.
A place we'll gladly return to.

Looking to shorten the journey to Genoa, we exited the motorway for a lunch break. A lovely little town with a charming historic center, easily explored on foot. The restaurant exudes Piedmontese tradition, though it's rather dark. The welcome is reserved. The establishment offers three set menus or à la carte options. The first, at 30 euros, is more than adequate, including drinks. The cuisine is excellent, focusing on beef. Highlights include the revisited vitello tonnato and the ravioli with three types of roast beef, accompanied by an extraordinary beef jus. This dish alone was worth the detour! Very good value for money. All the best!

I've been to Locanda Rossignoli several times. The food has always been good. Last night, passing through Casale, I was lucky to find a table, having not booked. The staff and the owner are always friendly. The young people are very kind! The food is always good. The hazelnut cake, served warm, was the first time I'd eaten it, and it was a perfect sweet ending to the dinner. Well done, see you next time. Maurizio

This historic inn in the center of Casale offers a menu featuring traditional and, I would say, historic dishes from the region. It offers three tasting menus at excellent prices, including water, a glass of wine, and coffee. The veal with tuna sauce is excellent, perfectly cooked, as are the agnolotti, which are truly amazing. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is friendly and courteous. Unrivaled value for money.
