07/12/2025: We had a dinner as a couple at this wonderful place. The place is warm and welcoming. Excellent food and impeccable service. Lorenzo, the owner, is truly impeccable and knowledgeable about the wines and dishes offered. Highly recommended because it makes you feel right at home. You are pampered by the owner as if he were someone you've known for a long time. Excellent experience and delicious food. The fireplace made the room warm and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who want to eat well and drink good wine.

Paola's exquisite cuisine offers authentic and carefully prepared traditional Piedmontese dishes, expertly and professionally presented by Lorenzo, who manages the dining room.
Locanda Casa Bardacchino is a must-see for a vacation in the Langhe, and it's impossible not to return.
Recommended for everyone!

28/09/2025: I came halfway across the world and this is probably the best gelato I’ve ever had. And the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet (he gave free icecream to a couple of homeless people even when they tried to pay).

We ate very well, and the dishes were not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at (it's not a given that you'll find both).
The charming restaurant is set in a well-kept and unique home... and the owners are incredibly friendly. ☺️

28/11/2025: As a foreign resident of Trastevere for the last 6 years, I have to say that this is one of the first local businesses that treated me like I'd been a local for a decade.
Any pork product I need, I grab here! Hand-cut prosciutto, the most marvelous guanciale and pancetta, aged sweet salami, chops, even ham hocks for my midwestern pork and beans cravings, they've got me covered!
Oh --- and not to mention the most luxurious Mozzarella di bufala north of Campagna.
Olive Garden's "When you're here, you're family" ain't got nothin' on this place!

If you’re looking for an amazing deli, this is the place. And yes—I’ve tried a few others, but this one is unbeatable!
Fantastic food with a wide selection, and they also make custom sandwiches that are absolutely amazing.
Make sure to say hi to Federico, the manager—he’s incredibly kind and friendly.

02/11/2025: From the moment the staff opened the door and greeted me, I felt this was a warm and inviting restaurant. The sign on the wall proclaiming that they had over 300 bottles of wine confirmed this was the place for me, a wine lover. The food was excellent, and the male staff member, despite his young age, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even helping me choose the wine! The owner of the farmhouse recommended this restaurant, and it was definitely a delightful dinner. I look forward to another visit. 👍👍👍

28/11/2025: The pistachio "bull's-eye" pastry was amazing, and the chocolate one was very good too. The waiters were super friendly. The coffee was good as well. Perhaps the only downside was the loud music on the radio. I would definitely go back.
21/11/2025: The Attibassi bistro in Bologna is a spacious, well-kept, and truly beautiful place.
The owners, Elvin and Irma, are warm, kind, and always available.
Their son, Alex, also deserves a special mention: he makes impeccable coffee.
The pastries are always fresh and delicious, but their real strength is their Albanian cuisine, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that I absolutely recommend you try. Every dish exudes tradition and authenticity.
In short, for me, it's one of the best bistros in Bologna: welcoming, authentic, and with excellent quality in both service and food.
I highly recommend it!

08/11/2025: The family here was super nice and even gave us blankets to use while we were sitting outside. There is an amazing view from the balcony. Unfortunately, they weren't open to food yet despite the hours listed online. I think it is just an "we're open whenever we open" place, and that's fine.
