PER ASPERA AD ASTRA! I was there with my partner about a month ago, and I must say I was less than impressed, not to mention a bit disappointed, by every aspect of the place. I returned tonight, and there was definitely a change of pace. The extremely knowledgeable wait staff, the friendliness, and the service you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Sublime dishes. No mistakes, everything was taken care of down to the last detail, and the wines paired wonderfully. Congratulations, one star is not enough. Through adversity, towards the stars.

A very positive experience: a clean atmosphere, excellent hospitality, polite but not stuffy. The dishes: a feast for the eyes and the palate, especially the Genoese cappelletti and the black pig. A moment of happiness worth repeating.

A truly amazing experience. The 5 stars are due primarily to the originality of the dishes, as well as the flavor, care, and quality of the ingredients. We tried the Re tasting menu, and they adapted it to the needs of my celiac husband. In each dish, I found every possible flavor and texture, perfectly balanced, allowing each ingredient to express its own identity. The wine pairing was equally excellent, with the added bonus of the aperitif, not to be missed. The atmosphere is minimalist and refined, and the staff is friendly without affectation.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. We chose the six-course menu, for €95 per person, excluding wine. All the dishes were truly excellent; I can't remember a single one we didn't like. In my opinion, the best were the fettuccine and their pasta and potatoes. Their panettone, served as a dessert, was also phenomenal. The duck was my least favorite, but still good. The water list was well-stocked. The service was somewhere between formal and informal, friendly and never intrusive; we enjoyed it. The interior was elegant.

The food is absolutely good, and the service is precise and punctual. I gave it 4 stars because I expected something more from the dishes. In any case, it's a place I recommend and will definitely return to.
