This will be our regular stop. The pizza is exceptional, from the dough to the ingredients, and last but not least, the cooking (something that's becoming less and less obvious these days). We've been there for two lunches in a row because they're also very friendly and helpful—great!

The real place with real pizza. Great taste and service. The position with butrata is the must have. If I will have possibility I will defintly come back.

Amazing pizza. Best I've ever had. Dough was the absolute perfect texture. Stretchy and chewy but light as a feather. Really interesting flavourful toppings as well. An absolute must if you're in Forni di Sopra.

After a day of trekking (or skiing), there's nothing better than taking refuge here. The place is welcoming and the staff is incredibly friendly, despite the crowds. The pizza is exceptional, cooked to perfection, and the selection of local beers pairs everything divinely. It's become our go-to place every time we come to Forni. Highly recommended.

01/05/2026: Melodies of aromas, colors and kindness accompany the dishes of genuine goodness.
30/04/2026: You have to come back: one visit isn't enough. It was almost a coincidence that we chose three dishes that share the citrus notes of lemon—from the appetizer, to the main course, to the dessert. You can sense a great deal of research behind these balances: it won't be easy to create new offerings with such a structured menu. Next time I definitely want to try their tempeh. Impeccable service, well done!
