24/06/2025: On a layover at Rome station, we took a bag from to good to go, a super nice and kind guy and a super full bag, top quality. Very good pizzas and top-level supplì, we had one with Venere rice, fresh notes of lemon and breaded with pistachio, I think it was over the top! I like it, DIESCI!

23/06/2025: Found on Google by chance a week ago, tonight we went back for a special dinner and we ate very well. Everything was really delicious, from appetizer to dessert. Local organic wine that was getting better and better. The service was very kind and helpful. In the location you can breathe an atmosphere of other times, nostalgia of how the villages were at the end of the 1900s. Thank you and see you soon 🌞🌙✨🌈

Avrei voluto prenotare ma al telefono non rispondeva nessuno, d’altronde quando il locale lavora a pieno regime, è comprensibile. Nonostante tutto troviamo posto e il responsabile di sala, Stefano, si fa in 4 per consigliare e servire i clienti al meglio: un valore aggiunto in questo locale. La pizza qui è arte, infatti la pizza viene condita e decorata come un pittore farebbe sulla sua tavolozza. Bravi tutti, pizza digeribile, prodotto di qualità. Avanti così, ogni volta che scendo in Salento, non posso non farvi una visita.

25/05/2025: Osteria del Cavaliere is located in the San Giovanni area in a small street that connects the Tuscolana to the Appia road, impeccable service and EXCELLENT food not to mention the bill. The place is unfortunately not very big, ideal for those looking for a bit of intimacy, I recommend booking. Enjoy your dinner

I made a reservation at the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Italy, and it was by far the best food I had during my trip to Rome. Everything I ordered was delicious. The desserts were creamy and delicious, but sweeter than the ones I had in Korea. I would like to visit again next time I visit Rome.

A special thanks to the lady who even gave us some garlic, with a spontaneous and truly appreciated gesture. About the food, maybe not everything met our tastes, but the commitment and kindness that they put into it still deserve a positive note. A place where you can feel that they work with their heart.

13/06/2025: Food was great. Lucky to have walked in and grabbed a table when they opened. It is very small. Only 8(?) tables. My wife still raves about the Gnocchi. It was the best she has ever had! Chocolate cake was expensive, but was worth it! Really amazing!!!! Wish I could take this restaurant home!!! You must try.

03/07/2025: We had the pleasure of spending our first evening as a married couple in Castelmola, and by pure chance we came across this place. The owner, who was closing, didn't hesitate to welcome us when we looked out to ask if it was still possible to eat something. With great kindness he had us sit at the outside tables and served us some typical dishes, including delicious arancini seasoned with a tasty concoction prepared by him. What can I say... the food was exquisite, but even more exquisite was the meeting with the owner: a generous, simple and authentic person. A heartfelt thank you, because it is precisely these small, great experiences that remain forever in the memories.

30/05/2025: Absolutely the best ice cream! We went there twice in one evening because it was sooooo delicious! The prices are pretty reasonable—€2.80 for two scoops and €3.50 for three. Super friendly staff and a huge selection! The mango ice cream was especially good.
