10/08/2025: I go there at least two or three times a month. It's a surefire choice for the quality of the products and the attentive, yet unobtrusive, service. Meat reigns supreme and is the house specialty, but I recommend trying the pasta dishes, as they're definitely worth it. The prices are absolutely reasonable and not overpriced like most restaurants these days. It's best to book in the evening, as it's a very popular place, as you can imagine.

16/08/2025: Simply pizza – nothing special. Small size. Very high “coperto”, as much as 2 Euro per person. That’s really excessive just for bringing the pizza to the table.

23/07/2025: The dough was well-cooked and the portion generous, but the flavor was a bit dull. The fries, no longer crispy on top of the warm mozzarella, overpowered the flavors of the other ingredients. The same goes for the burrata. A delicious idea, but the overall balance could be improved.

20/08/2025: The location isn't modern or cozy, but it's quaint and charming for that reason. The gelato is excellent, made with natural ingredients. If you go in the late afternoon or evening, you're not guaranteed to find your favorite flavors, but I can recommend them all, so it's worth picking up and trying. Excellent value for money.

17/08/2025: I'm from the Veneto region and pay about €2.50 for a gelato flavor, which is on average much worse. The place is very vintage, seemingly from another dimension of space and time. I've only tried the gelato and a granita, and they're interesting. The quality/price ratio is staggering.

18/08/2025: Trentino always offers wonderful surprises. Just a couple of kilometers from Fiera di Primiero, I recommend a tasty and fun stop. A sensory journey for the senses, both smell and taste. In Mezzano, there's an artist who delights in inspiring emotions with his unique and rare cured meats. He makes them himself, rediscovering ancient traditions and giving voice to the aromas and flavors of the region. Macelleria Bonat is worth more than a visit, as long as you're not in a hurry. Luigi Valline isn't looking for tourists, but for travelers who still have a taste for discovery. Before you taste his delicacies, made with quality ingredients and ancient techniques that don't involve the use of chemicals, you'll have to listen to the "spiegone," as Luigi, a speaker, photographer, musician, and much more, calls it. The "explogone" helps you understand how the lonzetta with wild mint and stevia is made, as well as the guanciale with wild oregano or the speck with BioNoc' beer (another Mezzano excellence, gold and bronze medalist at the 2024 World Beer Championships in Barcelona). A separate chapter is deserved by the mortandela, the ancestor of mortadella, brought back to life and combined with the chef's expertise. We met Luigi and his wife Simonetta thanks to Valerio's guide, but if you want to spend 40 minutes tasting and full of curiosity, it's definitely worth it. In Palermo dialect, we would have summed it up as "U miegghiu" (literally, "I'll migghiu").

08/08/2025: A place where you can truly find a blend of research and tradition. The good Luigi is the story of a lifetime spent trying to explain his discoveries. I assure you, his "baptism" offers a blend of flavors and emotions. A must-try.

28/08/2025: We had mussels, but unfortunately they weren't the best, even though the sauce was truly delicious. Then we had paccheri alla carbonara di pesce and a seafood salad. The paccheri were tasty at first, but as we ate more and more, they became a bit heavy. The seafood salad, on the other hand, was truly excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant meal!

24/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. Wonderful welcome. Courteous and very knowledgeable staff. The seafood lunch was excellent. We were served promptly despite the restaurant being full. The organization was perfect. The dishes were delicious and plentiful (fairly priced). Special praise to the waiter Luca, who was able to thoroughly and expertly explain the composition of the various dishes, allowing us to make a perfect choice. The location is beautiful, right on the seafront. Thank you for being there. Keep up the good work!

08/08/2025: Average prices, always very crowded, good and fast service, regarding the cuisine I personally think it is overrated.

07/08/2025: We were a group of 12 last night with reservations. The guy, who wasn't waiting tables, had to improvise as a waiter because the attendant wasn't there, so the service wasn't impeccable. The dishes arrived, but we didn't have any plates. The bread ran out while we were eating, and some dishes weren't enough. The place is small but really delicious, and the food was all excellent.

20/08/2025: A pleasant place near the Aniene River, with a wonderful, relaxing location and well-maintained restaurant and a picture-perfect balcony overlooking the river. The menu features interesting river fish and dishes expertly executed by the chef. Service is a bit slow, but the tranquil setting makes up for it. Desserts, in my opinion, aren't up to par with the rest, and above all, the bill is decidedly too high.

20/08/2025: Excellent cuisine, price appropriate for what you eat, it is worth a visit. I have visited it several times and have never been disappointed.

01/08/2025: Typical local Italian food! Vito is a fantastic host. As mentioned before, we had a variety of dishes, and they were truly amazing! The price was very reasonable; we had two full trattorias, a bottle of wine, two cokes, water, and a beer... €60. That's what you get two crappy pizzas from Happy Italy for in the Netherlands these days. All in all, highly recommended!! We stumbled upon this place, but I highly recommend it to everyone! 20/07/2025: A very nice place, outside the tourist center. We ate very well, and the risotto with Tropea onions and speck was fabulous. With three dishes and half a glass of wine, we spent a total of €50. Highly recommended.

08/08/2025: What a wonderful experience! I ate divinely at Bistrot Paris Bohème—every dish was carefully prepared and bursting with flavor. But what truly made the evening special was the owner: he took the time to explain everything in a warm, passionate, and typically Italian manner, as if we were in a small trattoria tucked away in the heart of Rome or Florence. His personal attention, enthusiasm, and love for good food and hospitality were palpable. It's one of those places where you immediately feel welcome, and where passion for food and culture is at the heart of everything. An authentic and unforgettable experience—highly recommended!

05/07/2025: Excellent spaghetteria, with tasty and well-prepared dishes. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It also offers, of course, Sardinian specialties, presented with care and passion.

03/07/2025: We have been to the restaurant three times and each time we left satisfied. A large selection of wines, so everyone will certainly find something for themselves. The food is delicious. We ate octopus with apple, a perfectly composed combination of flavors. Pasta Scoglio is a large portion of seafood, perfectly prepared in a delicious sauce. The food and the atmosphere that the people there create is amazing. I recommend that you definitely visit this place when you are in Santa Teresa. It is worth making a reservation in advance.
