The dough is incredibly light, and you can immediately taste it's made with care and risen to perfection: soft on the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and super easy to digest. The ingredients are truly high-quality, fresh, and tasty; you can taste the difference from the first bite. Soft on the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and super easy to digest. You can tell there's passion and attention to every detail here. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten!

20/08/2025: A beautiful and characteristic setting in a former convent. The staff is very friendly, but the service is a bit slow. The dishes are overly elaborate and lack soul. The price-quality ratio is inadequate. It's a shame, expectations were higher.

The service from the dining room staff was very good and professional. The only drawback was the wine list: two choices and both sold out... worthy alternatives. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

05/10/2025: Good food, wonderful atmosphere, and friendly service. We dined here with 14 people and were pleasantly surprised. They offered us a fixed menu for €55 per person (excellent, I'd say) that included an appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, and house wine. Excellent food with typical local products, a charming location, a super cute and traditional atmosphere, and incredibly kind staff (very young!). Even though we had three people with intolerances and allergies, they were always ready to prepare dishes specifically for them. They were also very kind in recommending a few places to have a post-dinner drink. I'd say everything was excellent!!

04/10/2025: First-class!! We had cheese-filled ravioli with truffle sauce and beef fillet with amarone sauce, mixed salad, and vegetables. Absolutely perfect. The fillet was tender as butter and the ravioli were fabulous. A visit to the town of San Pietro in Cariano is worthwhile just for a stop at this restaurant.

11/11/2025: Excellent food; we ate a bit of everything: horse tartare, orecchiette, fava beans, and chicory braciole. Everything was EXCELLENT, complemented by polite, welcoming, friendly, and above all, competent service! We'll be back soon!

13/10/2025: What can I say, where to begin... We arrive for lunch, although it was more of a kidnapping than a lunch. The table is medium-sized, and the first thing we ask is if they have vegan options. Otherwise, I would have easily looked for another place for myself and another person. I say yes, and so we all sit down. An eternity passes before anyone comes to ask if we want a drink; no menus are available. Another eternity passes before they come to ask us about appetizers, which we obviously couldn't choose since the menus were never brought to the table. I remind the waiter that I'm vegan, asking what the vegan options are, and the answer I get is "I DON'T KNOW, VEGETABLES," in a tone that's annoyed to say the least. The famous vegetables arrive: some tasteless grilled peppers and mediocre eggplants—these are the vegan options. Congratulations. Another eternity later, another waiter arrives (or maybe the owner, I don't know), asking us for our starters, again without having had a chance to consult the menu. Once again, I naively ask what I should choose, and he replies, "You have to tell me what you want," which I would have done if I'd only known what was on offer, but without a shred of a menu, it's hard to ask for anything. When I reiterate which foods I don't eat, he even rolls his eyes at me, astonished. We settle on pasta with porcini mushrooms, a mediocre dish like the rest of the dishes, which also left me feeling nauseous for the rest of the day, and perhaps it's best not to investigate the reasons. The other diners fared better, but they too were offered samples of three starters, but only two of them arrived. When some asked for second courses, the initial response was "we have meat," further information was provided upon prompting, shocking. Now I wonder how it's possible, in 2025, to approach customers like this. I've rarely seen such ignorance and rudeness from someone offering a service, or at least supposedly so. Not to mention that all it would have taken was for them to immediately say, "No, they don't have vegan options," and I would have saved myself an absurd amount of money for dishes that should shame the people who prepared them, and you for having a clearly unwelcome customer at your establishment.

26/09/2025: Thursday dinner with a group of friends, warmly welcomed by the owner and Marco. Excellent hot and cold appetizers, delicious seafood carbonara (paccheri), equally excellent squid ink taglierini and fried fish, with generous portions. To finish, the desserts were a must, also excellent. A 9/10, definitely worth a visit.

15/09/2025: I've been there several times, and I can confirm that the pizza is EXCELLENT! It's flavorful and well-leavened. I've also been to the ice cream shop upstairs twice for an aperitivo, and had a Hugo for €4. But, wow, they only bring two fries, so I'd say it's not good. You're too cheap, and it happened both times. A note about the table service for pizza; on the table are the Araldo pizza menus and a selection of beers. The Margherita costs €11, so you ask yourself, 'Why, a little too much?' You browse this Araldo pizza menu, but there are no Margherita pizzas for €7 or €8. So when the orders arrive, you ask if there aren't any cheaper pizzas, and it turns out that yes, there are the classic Margherita pizzas for €7. But excuse me, and if someone doesn't ask, don't they find out they can spend €7 instead of €11? I understand you want to push your best products, but do so without "hiding" the other menu. Another thing I don't understand: you don't have chili pepper oil. Bring oil (excellent from Salvagno) and chili pepper powder from any discount store. This also doesn't match the excellence of your products. You do have chili pepper oils, very often requested by customers, of excellent quality. I don't know how to interpret this absence... a cost management issue? Allow me two more suggestions: since we're using paper placemats and napkins, perhaps some breadsticks for customers to find on the table wouldn't be a bad idea. >>> Is this also to reduce the cost management aspect? The second suggestion: stock up on non-alcoholic beer, because, as in my mother-in-law's case, and I believe in other cases as well, to avoid alcohol consumption, it can be requested.

05/09/2025: Probably the best pizza I've ever eaten!! The love for Lessinia is immediately evident from the menu. It passed the tasting test with flying colors. The love for the dough, the raw materials, and the constant research create a balanced pizza. The flavors are well-balanced, and the crust is light and crispy. The atmosphere is simple, pleasant, and gives the feeling of home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
