The only place I found in Palermo that serves an arancina with salmon, and it was absolutely delicious! Although salmon may not be the most traditional Sicilian filling, this was the best arancina I had in Palermo and I tried quite a few during my stay. Highly recommended!

08/05/2026: The best and most delicious bakery in Palermo with great service ♥️ The sfincione is amazing 😍
07/05/2026: They are so nice here and the sandwiches ohh wow. The bread is fresh and when it is gone it’s gone and if you arrive too late you can almost guarantee it will be gone. You can either make your own or you can grab what is made that day. Yesterday we had one that are a mix of a pretzel and Sicilian bread. My goodness was it good. Recommend for sure. If you don’t speak Italian why are patient with you and will try to help out.
