27/08/2025: Taking advantage of The Fork's offer, we decided to return to Il Gusto Della Vita with friends. The quality of the dishes and ingredients is consistently top-notch, as is the service. The menu features seafood dishes and some interesting meat options. The desserts on the menu are very intriguing, and the wine selection is excellent. Among all the dishes we ordered, I particularly recommend the seared shrimp tails and the ginger parfait. The value for money, even without The Fork's 30% discount, would be impressive; with the discount, it becomes absolutely excellent. Il Gusto della Vita remains a surefire place worth a visit. Well done! 👏

15/08/2025: I'm just returning from this restaurant, and as always, I found the food excellent and the staff very kind and friendly. I had lunch in the cellar, which I found private and cool. My overall rating is excellent.

19/08/2025: It's my favorite restaurant, and it proves so every time. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor...a true pleasure. If I may...a suggestion: train your waiters (who are certainly friendly and efficient), but in a kitchen of this caliber, they must be able to talk about and describe the dishes to immerse the diner in the world the chef expresses with his dishes. Well done, anyway.

14/07/2025: Très très médiocre C’est le 1ere fois que je mange aussi mal en Italie Je ne le recommande pas du tout Ravili froids et durs Boulettes de viande bizarres qui trempent dans l’huile servies avec tellement peu de pommes de terre soi disant au four mais complètement froides qu’il a fallu en réclamer la polenta présentée comme une bouillie avec des saucisses qui n’ont pas de goût Tellement déçus que nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert ni café

28/07/2025: Nulla di chè, panino rosetta con fin troppi ingredienti. Nell'insieme accostamenti che non esaltano i sapori, forse la semplicità sarebbe più apprezzata. Il sapore del pesce deve sentirsi. Personalmente non mi piace ordinare alla cassa per poi accomodarmi. Preferisco il servizio al tavolo alla vecchia maniera e non un mordi e fuggi. Costi delle birre fin troppo elevato, €7,50 per un'artigianale.

19/07/2025: Locale in pieno centro, non molto ampio ma veramente moderno e bello.. Proposta del menu moderna e accattivante Tartare di gambero molto buona, crostacei freschi… alici fritte , classiche solo infarinate, sempre sfiziose e porzione abbondante… Passata fredda di piselli con burrata e tartare di gamberi… ottimo piatto, panino ai cereali caldi, con insalata maionese e tartare di scampi… buonissimo panino un’appunto … un po’ più di farcituta… poi patatine fritte con maionese alla paprika homemade.. Servizio corretto titolari simpatici, costo assolutamente coerente e giusto per la proposta.. da provare

28/07/2025: A typical Roman restaurant, very cozy and charming. The food is delicious, and the prices are generally average for the area, although unlike the rest, it's one of the few that doesn't charge a service charge, which means you won't feel cheated. The service is warm, friendly, and polite. When we return to Rome, we'll return to this restaurant. Thank you!

10/08/2025: A wonderfully delicious hidden gem off the beaten tourist path. Food was exceptional and service was also speedy and attentive. My family and I loved every pasta dish we ordered. Great restaurant that offered higher quality food than the usual tourist traps.

A PLACE WHERE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME I WAS WITH MY NEPHEW, MY CUÑADO AND MICO CUÑADO I LIVE IN Tenerife FOR WHAT I AM FROM NOVENTA BUT THEY TOOK ME AND I HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING SERVED BY CHIARA AND DANIELA 2 WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT THE LEVEL OF THEIR JOB. 18/08/2025: Quiet and convenient restaurant... in front of the parking lot... really kind and friendly staff... we had breakfast... I'd say excellent with fresh croissants... then we came back for lunch... excellent food and fair prices... I recommend it to everyone... really accommodating staff... we'll be back.

23/08/2025: I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!

20/08/2025: I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!
