Good restaurant outside the very center of Lecce. We hadn't made a reservation, but it wasn't a problem. Good service. Original dishes. Good wines. Reasonable price.

Chef Maurizio Raselli is a magician! He takes some (high-quality) ingredients, recites a magic formula, and as if by magic, works of art appear before you that engage all your senses. Then, when you taste these creations, you transcend the basic level of gastronomic appreciation and find yourself in a realm of emotions, overwhelmed by feelings of disbelief, and you ask yourself, "How does he do it?" You listen to the ingredients in the dishes and remain skeptical when you hear that a dish features cod and apricot cream, or goose liver and broad beans... Yet what explodes in your brain and heart is a celebration of new, captivating, unimaginable experiences. Thank you, Maestro! Keep creating your magic formulas; we are ready to be thrilled again!

Dined in 2 weeks ago, reserved a table just an hour before they opened via IG. We had the food tasting menu & it was way more than what we had in mind. Love the creativity, plating & flavours ! The highlight was the handmade pasta with rabbit meat & white chocolate dessert!
Waiter was very warm in welcoming us, thank you for the great hospitality & wine recommendation! This is a restaurant you must visit in Lecce!

I've tried several times to write a review that captures the emotions I felt after tasting the food, but I've come to the conclusion that it's truly difficult. Chef Maurizio Raselli captures everything he is in his cuisine: a gentle and pure soul. A true journey of the senses, at 3 Rane. Highly recommended.

A truly unique experience! Refined dishes, a refined and understated setting, private and pleasant; excellent service, the perfect blend of professional detachment and presence, with that touch of confidence and friendliness that helps you feel at ease.
The quality of the dishes is excellent, truly delicious... the octopus with nduja cream is fabulous, phenomenal... the octopus was cooked to perfection, but in truth, everything exceeded expectations! Recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended!

Just back from a 3-week stay in Puglia and Rome. A top reason we travel is for eating great food, and 3 Rane was the ABSOLUTE standout restaurant of our entire trip. The food was excellent, creative, and beautifully presented.
Prices were incredibly reasonable for the high quality of ingredients and the level of technique. The intimate size of the restaurant and the host/owner(?) provides a level of personal service that made for a perfect evening. It is a "not to be missed" restaurant in Lecce—do not hesitate to make a reservation here. Grazie Mille for an unforgettable experience.
