Excellent restaurant in the center of Polignano a Mare. Impeccable and very responsive service. We were offered a glass of prosecco upon arrival, as well as tarallis, a local Apulian specialty. The menu is primarily fish-based, with a wide selection of pasta dishes as well. A wonderful discovery.
