16/05/2026: EN: From the entrance, you can see the open kitchen and traditional wood-burning oven where the pizzas are baked. At first glance, the place seems small, but the very gracious owner invited us upstairs, where there's a spacious room with a balcony and many tables.
The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas—both classic and more original creations. We tried several, and all were very tasty: great dough, good ingredients, and a true Sicilian atmosphere. The menu also includes salads and wine, and for beer lovers, the Paulaner is a big plus.
We were there on a Saturday around 7:00 PM, and within half an hour, the restaurant was filled with Italian families, which clearly demonstrates that it's a favorite spot for locals. We were also pleasantly surprised by the very low bill—significantly lower than most places we visited during our week-long trip to Sicily.
We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, local atmosphere and excellent pizza in Cinisi.

We tried several and all of them were delicious: great dough, quality ingredients, and a true Sicilian atmosphere. They also serve salads and wine, and for beer lovers, they even have good Bavarian Paulaner beer, which goes perfectly with pizza.

11/05/2026: Definitely the best pizza we've ever eaten. The dough is so thin it's almost nonexistent. The taste made us go back a second time and tried other dishes – definitely worth it. The staff was smiling and multilingual. A fantastic place. We've been to several places in Cinisi, but this is our "one."
