Unfortunately I don't have the chance to go there often because I live far away but I recommend it. All very good and the portions are generous. The sausage gramigna is the best I've ever eaten!

Pranzo di compleanno ottimo. Abbiamo festeggiato il nonno con i nipoti. E’ stato un successo. Cucina tradizionale ottima , abbondante e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Super consigliato !!!

Typical Bolognese trattoria.
Very fast but personally unwelcoming service (the waiter came over within less than two minutes to ask what we wanted to choose)

Excellent trattoria with typical Bolognese cuisine..we booked 1 month in advance to be sure of having the place..and I advise everyone to book at least 2 weeks in advance..because it is always in great demand to eat here..both for the quality of the food in the dishes (fresh egg pasta rolled out by hand with a rolling pin)... and for the low price: for two people we spent, in total, less than 50 euros (taking 2 starters, 3 first courses, 1 dessert and including water and covered)..the dishes I recommend trying are these: as an appetizer, crescentina with mortadella (to be requested, as only the one with raw ham is listed on the menu)..it is a particular crescentina, as it is large, soft and not greasy..and the slices of mortadella are placed on the fried crescentina, not served separately..as first courses, the meat tortellini in capon broth..you could eat a bowl of them, they are so good..and then, the tagliatelle with Bolognese ragú ..which are not too red, as tradition dictates, they have a lean and tasty ragú..and they are also abundant..for desserts, I recommend the creme caramel, which was clearly homemade..however, I would have had plenty of more with caramel..in Bologna, this is a trattoria that has an excellent quality-price ratio..and, therefore, in my opinion, it deserves to be tried..especially for the first courses..I would just pay attention to the cooking of the pasta egg, which I would have liked to be slightly more al dente... especially in some particular first courses, such as strichetti with nettles, with bacon and chilli ragú (I would have preferred the bacon to be crunchier)..
