The owner, who may seem a bit reserved at first glance, turns out to be incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel truly at home. The cuisine is amazing; each dish is a small work of art of flavor and care, prepared with passion and attention to detail. The service is impeccable: the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to satisfy every need. We can't fail to mention the wine recommendations, always spot-on and able to enhance every course. In short, we love this place and are happy to return time and time again, certain of a unique and authentic experience.

16/06/2025: A few steps from Porta Nuova, in the heart of Marsala, Le Caserie welcomes you with the grace of simple and well-kept things. The name, in the Marsala dialect, recalls those terracotta pots in which flowers and plants are grown: a perfect image to describe the care, dedication and love with which the Sammartano family takes care of their guests. I have not personally met the chef – whom I have long admired on Facebook – but his children are the living proof that education and respect are the first form of hospitality. Our room, on the first floor, was easily reachable by elevator (which unfortunately had a slightly particular smell, but it was only one floor – nothing that ruined the experience). Large, bright, with a private bathroom and all the useful accessories: hairdryer, shower cap, soap, shower gel… And then that kind gesture that makes the difference: a free bottle of water in the mini bar. The details of the fabrics and colors recall Sicilian majolica, in an atmosphere that smells of earth and tradition. The bed? Soft as a hug. A small problem with the air conditioning was immediately resolved with promptness and courtesy: we slept in the cool and with a smile. And I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for helping us with our luggage when, due to an electrical fault, the elevator stopped. Gestures that are unforgettable. Breakfast... a true feast for the heart and the palate! Served in the beautiful restaurant room, with homemade desserts, such as a delicious grandmother's cake with pine nuts and custard, an apple pie with dried fruit, and an irresistible chocolate cake. Nothing was missing: sweet and savory options for all tastes. The staff was sweet, attentive, always with a genuine smile. And then that internal atrium, bright and full of character, which brought my heart back to Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul in Mexico City. A blow to the heart, in a good way. 💙 At Le Caserie we felt pampered, welcomed, at home. Marsala has become a second home for us... and we can't wait to return. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. You have given us a little piece of beauty and human warmth. 💫

17/07/2025: Locale carino ed accogliente sia per la sala interna che per i tavoli all'esterno. Personale cortese ed alla mano, menù molto vario con una gran varietà di cibi sfiziosi. Consiglio l'aperitoast, piatto ricchissimo do varietà di sfiziosita' con aperitivo alcolico a scelta ad un prezzo veramente irrisorio. Da uno a 10,consiglio 11!

26/07/2025: It necesitábamos el primer plato durante unos 45 minutos, se olvidaron de mi plato principal, o no lo escribieron, al final era el momento, y tuvimos que ir a cenar a otro restaurante.

25/07/2025: An excellent restaurant with excellent service. Despite not having a reservation on Saturday evening, the ladies prepared a very good table for us. The food was delicious (a selection of cold cuts, ribs, pasta with chestnut sauce, and pasta with salmon). As is typical in an Italian restaurant, bread was served first but constantly replenished, and croutons with olive oil and balsamic vinegar were also served. Of course, the house wine was also very good. Highly recommended!

28/07/2025: An incredible, extrasensory gastronomic experience with a hint of imperfection. My evening at the 3-Michelin-starred restaurant "Casa Perbellini" in Verona this winter was a journey that left an indelible mark on my soul. The restaurant is an oasis of luxury and sophistication, with a design that is a true masterpiece of style and elegance. The warm colors and refined atmosphere create an atmosphere that is both intimate and luxurious, where art and history blend in perfect harmony, like in a Fellini film, where anything is possible and food is the protagonist! Our server, a young man, was attentive and available to our every request with a courtesy and kindness that, along with the entire dining room staff, made our experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but our server guided us through one of the menus we chose with the precision of an orchestra conductor. Dinner was a unique sensory experience, with various textures, shapes, colors, flavors, and aromas that danced on my tongue like a ballet of musical notes. Exceptional raw materials! Each course was an explosion of emotions, an experience that left me breathless. The dishes were true works of art, culinary masterpieces that tantalized my senses and made me feel like I was flying. Every flavor was amplified; it was a journey through Italian cuisine, where passion and creativity are the key ingredients! However, during my evening, I also had an experience I wasn't expecting. In one of my dishes, I found a hair, like a grain of sand in a shell. A small detail that slightly ruined my very high expectations. I hope the Chef and his team have taken note of this small flaw and will do everything they can to prevent it from recurring in the future. Despite this, my overall experience was fantastic. Very serious and professional, especially for those with allergies and food intolerances. Congratulations to the entire team for their work; you were like a near-perfect orchestra. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Giancarlo Perbellini. I was thrilled to meet him, and even happier when he took a photo with us and his staff. He is a true culinary genius. An artist who creates culinary masterpieces that are both innovative and traditional, timeless. I will always remember this evening, thank you! Book a table at "Casa Perbellini" and prepare yourself for an evening of pure culinary madness! You'll forget everything except the taste of the dishes. Bring your appetite and let yourself be transported by a gastronomic experience that will make you scream with joy...or at least with pleasure!

17/07/2025: There were not many people, but we waited for a very long time. The food was not bad but nothing special for a portion of 45€ I expected more. In total we left there 122€ and I think it is not justifiably expensive. After we paid for dessert 30 minutes passed, and we asked where our dessert was, and only after 30 minutes they started to prepare it. I do not recommend everything for very long.

14/07/2025: A wonderful menu, delicious cuisine, a magnificent setting full of history and good taste, and above all simply excellent service, right up to dessert when our charming waiter prepared the tiramisu at our table...an unforgettable experience!

30/07/2025: We stayed at the Mathis for one night. Everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable. Beautiful rooms and very good food at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located just steps from the center. All the staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much.

27/07/2025: I booked for a bachelor party and they made me a special menu, agreed upon in advance, very kindly. Everything was delicious. Not pictured is an entree with peanut cream and crodino mousse, which was top notch! The duck was excellent, and the dessert was a worthy conclusion. Definitely worth it.
