This is Gianni's legendary pizzeria. He always runs the place single-handedly, a true professional! And customers never complain about the wait. Gianni's crispy white pizza is truly unique. It closes at 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. But that doesn't stop fans. There's an hourly parking lot near the place, always available in the morning. So you don't have to waste time with your car.

It's a takeout pizzeria. They mainly make stuffed pizzas. I hadn't been there for years. I went back recently and bought the crab claw-filled pizza and the shrimp one. The pizza dough is very crispy. In short, both options taste the same as they did years ago. I recommend it to anyone who likes stuffed pizza. I've been back again today. Same goodness.

Let's be clear, this place is much more than an institution! I've been coming here since I was a child, and the quality of the white pizza has never varied. The crab pizza is Gianni's signature dish.

What can I say, expectations confirmed, the pizza dough was fragrant and not at all heavy, the fillings were tasty (I tried the porchetta and the chicken salad, both amazing), Gianni: a legend!!!

The best in Rome. By a long shot. This place can't be explained. For years now, I've been traveling miles to eat this pizza, a piece of art, a Roman monument. ONLY WHITE STUFFED. The quality of the dough and ingredients is incredible. The homemade mayonnaise is also indescribable. And then there's Gianni... With his calm demeanor, his decades-long expertise that imbues the place with an absolute sacredness. Those in a hurry and grabbing a quick bite just to nourish themselves should stay away. This place isn't for them. This place is pure poetry.
