Historic restaurant in the Ayas valley with a very nice atmosphere, good food and friendly staff; However, we found the service a little slow even though the place wasn't completely full. It would then be useful to reduce the price a little.
All in all, it is still a recommended restaurant without any doubt.

Fantastic food and nice service. Well sized portions. The veal in green pepper sauce was really good. The decor is a bit kitschy and the lighting is terrible. Overall a nice experience 😀

We asked for an Aosta Valley fondue for two people, forgetting to book it in advance (off the menu), we were satisfied anyway and it was very good and well garnished. Attentive service, very kind and not pressured, very nice place, fair price. Very pleasant evening, see you soon for sure

Bel locale a Frachey, con comodo parcheggio davanti.
Il menu offre piatti tipici valdostani soprattutto nei primi (crespelle, zuppa, polenta concia, gnocchetti alla fonduta), ma gli antipasti e i secondi sono un po’ “pasticciati”. Negli antipasti, per esempio, compaiono crostoni con mozzarella e una terrina di fegatini ma nessun tagliere di salumi/formaggi. Da un locale così tipico apprezzo la diversità (se lo frequento spesso) ma mi aspetto una base di cucina locale ben solida.
Nel complesso la qualità è alta e i piatti sono buoni e abbondanti, ottima la carta dei vini, ma credo che i secondi costino qualche € di troppo.
Personale cortese anche se il servizio è un po’ lento.
Un buon locale, insomma, una buona alternativa a ciò che si trova in paese a Champoluc se si esce spesso a mangiare, ma non un locale in cui tornerei perché l’esperienza non è stata indimenticabile.

Nice place in Frachey, with convenient parking in front.
The menu offers typical Aosta Valley dishes especially in the first courses (crespelle, soup, polenta concia, fondue dumplings), but the starters and second courses are a bit "botched". In the starters, for example, there are croutons with mozzarella and a terrine of livers but no platter of cold cuts/cheeses. From such a typical place I appreciate the diversity (if I frequent it often) but I expect a solid base of local cuisine.
Overall the quality is high and the dishes are good and plentiful, the wine list is excellent, but I think the second courses cost a few € too much.
Friendly staff even if the service is a little slow.
A good place, in short, a good alternative to what you find in the town of Champoluc if you often go out to eat, but not a place I would return to because the experience was not unforgettable
