Locals' restaurant in Trastevere. Super cool and familiar ambience. Roman dishes Of excellent quality. From fried foods (ALL not frozen - try supplì and Ascoli olives) to all fresh vegetables to OVER THE TOP pastas to desserts made by the owners' mother (HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE APPLE PIE AND THE TART!!)

Despite the highly touristy area we ate VERY WELL. Excellent food and friendly, warm and typically Roman service. advised !!!!

Vengo spesso in questo locale romano perché tra cibo, ambiente, location e soprattutto simpatia dei gestori mi sento a casa, cosa non facile quando si va a mangiare fuori. Oggi abbiamo preso (eravamo in due): carciofi alla giudia, supplì, matriciana per due e torta di mele con gelato per due, il tutto annaffiato da birra alla spina e condito dalla solita simpatia dei proprietari che di quando in quando vengono ad accertarsi che vada tutto bene, che i piatti siano buoni e che soprattutto noi stiamo bene, senza invadere affatto la nostra privacy ma senza lasciarci mai abbandonati a noi stessi. Il cibo è top di gamma, il servizio forse anche di più. Il conto finale direi onesto (abbiamo pagato 38€/persona che per quello che abbiamo preso ci sta), tenendo anche conto che qui è cucinato tutto espresso e con ingredienti di qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Bravi!!!

Passavamo a trastevere con giornata piovosa tutti i ristoranti ci rifiutavano arrivati a questo il titolare gentilissimo con la loro cameriera giovanissima e gentile ci dicono di aspettare 10 minuto all'ingresso : antipasti con bruschette molto buoni,carciofi alla giudia ottimi e i primi leggeri e conditi bene quantitativo giusto , per chiudere dolci fatti in casa dalla signora ottimi ,locale pulito e confortevole da tornarci bravi. Buon lavoro non mollate
