Finding the words to describe this culinary journey is reductive because I invite you to go there to experience that explosion of flavors that I swear I have never tasted before... Daniele and Dylan are simply fantastic and the service is excellent.

Today we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at White Chillout Principote, and we had a truly pleasant experience. The dishes were delicious, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The staff was kind and attentive. Thanks to Dylan and Daniele, who accommodated our every request, making it a perfect Sunday. We visited this splendid venue in Arco Felice to celebrate a special occasion and were absolutely enchanted. The atmosphere you feel as soon as you step inside is superb: an elegant setting, meticulously curated, and accompanied by perfect background music that allows for a relaxing conversation. The real star of the evening, however, was the food. We started with a selection of raw seafood that to call incredibly fresh would be an understatement: the flavors were clean, authentic, and enhanced by perfectly executed yet never overpowering combinations. The first courses also surprised us with the quality of the pasta and the impeccable cooking of the fish. A special mention goes to the wait staff: extremely professional, cheerful, and capable of offering advice on both the choice of dishes and the wine pairings. The bill was perfectly in line with the high quality of the ingredients and the level of service provided. We will definitely be returning very soon, highly recommended!

More of an experience than a dinner, the freshness and quality of the products is guaranteed every day. The owners are wonderful people; despite their young age, they care deeply about what they do, and it shows in every detail. The staff is very friendly and attentive to every detail, highly knowledgeable in explaining each dish, not to mention the view from the restaurant, everything is fantastic; if there were more stars, I'd give them too. The only flaw is that it unfortunately has an end.

We celebrated my daughter's first communion at White Chill Out Principote 🥰 a fantastic day where everything was excellent, from the food, to the service, to the location, but the most beautiful thing is the hospitality with which you are welcomed, the kindness and helpfulness of everyone, especially Dylan and Daniele who make you feel part of their big family!!
