26/08/2025: It's a hotel with a very good location, overlooking a beautiful landscape. Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent. In my experience, I felt right at home.

24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

12/10/2025: I was on this terrace with its truly beautiful view for a family event… a beautiful place, everything was meticulously designed, the staff were kind and helpful, but above all, the food was top-notch… We truly had a divine lunch.

15/09/2025: To celebrate our anniversary, we turned to the renowned professionalism and renown of the Grand Hotel Ortigia, and were never disappointed. The meticulous organization of every detail of the banquet, from the layout and decor to the menu selection and impeccable service from the reception desk to the terrace, met and exceeded our every expectation. Together with our families, we spent a delightful and relaxing evening, characterized by the delicacy and understated elegance we desired. A special thanks goes to the kindness and courtesy of Cinzia, who understood and realized our intentions, discreetly guiding us in our choices and carefully coordinating every phase of the event. The availability of private parking, offered by the management, was particularly appreciated. We hope to enjoy the hospitality of the Grand Hotel Ortigia again, certain of reliving unforgettable and exclusive moments.

10/11/2025: Beautiful location in the center of a village. The cuisine is traditional, but standard, and nothing that wowed me. Service is attentive but a bit too stiff.

05/10/2025: The word that, in my opinion, best describes this restaurant is "a true gem," which anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine should discover. The dishes, beyond being exquisite, are exceptionally good; the ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. The sommelier is equally skilled as the chef, and the food and wine pairings are spot-on, bringing out the best in the dishes. It goes without saying that the quality of the wines is in keeping with the restaurant's quality. Add to this a chic yet unobtrusive atmosphere, a refined yet unpretentious ambience; in short, you feel at ease. Finally, my husband and I have dined at various Michelin-starred restaurants in and outside the Valley, and our conclusions are that it's hard, even for a Michelin-starred restaurant, to match this one. For us, it's by far the best in Aosta and, frankly, one of the best we've tried so far.

12/10/2025: Delicious food, really inviting burgers, a really inviting menu. I really didn't know which one to choose. I'll have to come back. The beer selection was wide, and all were truly unique! The atmosphere was truly welcoming, and the waiters were very kind! The service was prompt, and everything was really good, even my fellow diners were all very satisfied. At the end, they brought (without asking) homemade sorbet and cookies. A very appreciated gesture.

30/10/2025: Simply exceptional. First and foremost, the service: simple and authentic, yet quick and elegant. The food is excellent, and there's nothing more to complain about. The atmosphere is charming and authentic. The real difference compared to other piole is that here you eat a lot, and really! The portions are the same as in the old days! The prices aren't cheap, but they're excellent for the quality and quantity. I'll definitely be back. I recommend it to everyone, from singles to couples, groups of friends, and families.

31/10/2025: I visited Casa Caldart Restaurant for a photoshoot during a private event, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant immediately struck me with its style: the clever use of black creates an elegant, modern, and harmonious atmosphere, enhancing every detail without being overwhelming. A refined setting, perfect for events and special occasions. During the evening, I had the opportunity to sample several dishes from the kitchen: carefully presented, high-quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. Professionalism and passion are evident, both in the dishes and in the service, which is always attentive and courteous. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's identity. Casa Caldart is a place that successfully combines style, taste, and hospitality: an excellent choice for elegant dinners, private events, or special moments to remember. Recommended.

We also booked the half-board option, where we thoroughly enjoyed their cuisine, from the abundant and varied breakfast to their dinners, whose fantastic dishes I'll share with you. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future.

Appetizer: crostini, honey, walnuts, and cheese First course: superb tagliatelle and cappelletti with plenty of truffle Desserts: homemade mascarpone, chocolate, and scroccadenti with a suitable wine An excellent bottle of Bertinoro Sangiovese is recommended All this with impeccable service from the owners, always attentive, smiling, and never intrusive. For a final bill of less than €100!! All absolutely worth a repeat visit soon!! Truly excellent!! P.S. They love dogs, and well-informed sources recommend booking in advance. See you soon!
