09/06/2025: While visiting Turin for the weekend, we went to this pizzeria early in the evening because we'd seen great reviews. We were looking for something simple and different for a quick bite. We weren't disappointed!! The concept of this pizzeria is great!! You can choose from several different types. Everything is sliced ​​in front of you and sold by weight, according to the size requested for each slice. It's a feast of colors and aromas. It's a far cry from your typical pizza. It's both crispy and soft, and you can tell that all the ingredients are very well cooked. It's an explosion in your mouth. The price/quality ratio is more than excellent, and the welcome is very friendly. We will definitely come back. A must-see in Turin!

29/07/2025: Situated in a picturesque location, La Berlera is a restaurant like few others. The building, a 19th-century Austro-Hungarian watchtower, is carved directly into the rock and offers a unique experience: inside, the atmosphere is intimate and refined with exposed rock walls, while outside, you can enjoy a spectacular mountain panorama. The service is impeccable; each waiter stands out for their courtesy, precision, and genuine attention to detail, creating a welcoming yet unobtrusive atmosphere. Every detail is meticulously attended to, from the presentation of the dishes to the wine pairings. The cuisine is a paragon of creativity and flavor: each dish is thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and original, while still drawing inspiration from Trentino tradition. The ingredients are excellent, and every nuance of flavor demonstrates extreme attention and mastery. The prices are certainly high, but fully justified by the overall quality of the experience.

14/08/2025: 2025: A traditional stop. For the first time in twenty years, I couldn't eat Ligurian-style ravioli. I recovered from the shock and consoled myself with some wonderful agnolotti with roast beef sauce, a tartare with toma cheese, and Krumiri di "Mosto" with custard. Thank you, Fabio, and all the staff for being there. 2024: This year, I managed to stop in Campo Ligure twice, and both visits ended at my favorite restaurant. Superlative as always. A plus offered by this little spot in the Ligurian mountains, not far from the A26 motorway, is Fabio's mastery, not only as a chef but also as a sommelier. The Dolcetto paired with ravioli and rabbit proved superb. The stop was further enhanced by the opportunity to visit the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. The village itself is also very characteristic, with an exceptional climate. As is now tradition, we stopped in Campo Ligure on our way back from vacation in Liguria, and as always, we stopped at Caccia C'a Bugge. What can I say? Fabio outdid himself once again. The pesto-filled mandilli and Ligurian-style ravioli were exquisite, not to mention the stuffed rabbit and the Fassona roast beef. Everything was delicious, made even better by a Verdicchio Superiore recommended by his son, the restaurant manager. Over the years, the restaurant has added a summer terrace and staff in the kitchen and dining room, a testament to the growing customer loyalty to this standard-bearer of Ligurian cuisine and fine drinking. The years pass, but the story of our love for Fabio's cuisine, which began way back in 1992, continues unabated, awaiting next year.

02/06/2025: We spent the 15th anniversary lunch at Macine del Monte Croce: it was a fantastically romantic experience with high quality food! Recommended for romantic events or candlelit dinners. The location is beautiful, very characteristic with the bridge and the mill wheel in operation, all surrounded by the sound of the water in the background 😍 The owners Luca and Samantha are very hospitable people and full of passion for their business! The cuisine is fantastic because it combines excellent raw materials that are cooked in a way that enhances the flavors of Tuscan tradition in an innovative way. Highly recommended!

From the moment we tasted the menu at the restaurant, we were impressed by the high quality of the food, the variety of options, and the care taken in preparing the dishes. They proved to be competent, helpful, and always ready to meet our every need, even offering valuable advice. On the wedding day, everything was impeccable: from appetizers to desserts, every course was perfect. The appetizer stations were always well-stocked, and the re-ordering of first and second courses allowed all guests to enjoy each dish at their leisure. We received numerous compliments from our guests. Diana, always available from the first meeting, attentive and ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The service was impeccable, and the staff extremely professional. A restaurant we recommend for its quality and organization.
