Excellent food, authentic atmosphere, and top-notch service. We had a wonderful time, but an honorable mention goes to Mavi: her experience and helpfulness made all the difference. She guided us through our selection of dishes, recommending a personalized culinary experience, and made us feel pampered from start to finish. Congratulations!

An almost historic venue, with an indoor dining room, an outdoor terrace, and a counter like the one from times gone by at the entrance. The exterior is very beautiful, enhanced by a vine that covers and protects diners from the sun. The menu is interesting, featuring Piedmontese dishes and more. The wine list is also interesting, with several very good selections. We finished with dessert, excellent and tasty, along with coffee and a liqueur. The three stars are due to the quality of some dishes and the value for money. Maybe we hit the wrong time, but the first courses weren't great; both the gnocchi and agnolotti weren't appreciated. The appetizer was good: frittatina, vitello tonnato, and excellent salami, but the peppers and anchovies weren't great, and needed a rethink.

After much discussion and advance reservations, we finally had dinner here! The staff were very friendly, and the food was truly excellent! I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!

Following the 3Sat documentary, visiting this fantastic osteria was a must, and the food, especially the appetizers, is divine. The vitello with its excellent sauce, the asparagus quiche, the Insalada Russia, and especially the anchovies in green sauce (Acciughe verde) are simply divine. Add a bottle of Timorasso, and the evening is complete. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite live up to expectations, as the main dining room was completely empty, with the adjoining room serving the outdoor area. As a result, we had to sit in the passageway to the garden (a "cat's table"?), since we had reserved inside. We weren't aware of the garden area and, of course, couldn't change our reservation (second-class treatment, like a D-Class?). Our ordered appetizers arrived all at once, and the quiche came later as a hot dish. Unfortunately, the service was somewhat lacking. Overall, the staff acted in a very rushed and hectic manner, which in our opinion was unnecessary and superfluous, as the guests were all very relaxed and enjoying the good food. We (in the restaurant industry) believe that more professionalism and composure would greatly contribute to a more relaxed atmosphere; we can't think of any reason for the service team to be running around… (fire during flambéing?) I visited this restaurant for the first time after researching it in the Slow Food Association's guide book. Apparently, it's fully booked every day, so reservations are essential. Reservations can only be made by phone, and despite the time difference (8 hours!), I managed to get one. The staff were very kind and explained everything thoroughly. You can enjoy wonderful traditional Piedmontese cuisine. I was happy that the chef occasionally came out to chat with us. However, I was suffering from jet lag, so next time I'll make sure I'm properly prepared before visiting!

Evening with friends. Excellent quality food. I would have preferred it to be served individually rather than shared. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place where you can chat and not be crowded together.

A traditional osteria, the food is good at fair prices. The menu, which changes with seasonal ingredients, is appreciated. The service is fast and courteous. Reservations are difficult to obtain, but it's worth it.

Authentic home cooking. You eat a lot and spend little. Highly recommended.
