A beautiful venue with ample parking, easy to find because it's located on the main road connecting Bigolino to Valdobbiadene. It's tastefully designed and decorated, with spacious rooms that can accommodate large groups as well as more intimate tables for couples. Delicious food and extremely friendly staff. I recommend booking well in advance as it's very popular.

I celebrated my daughter Chloe's baptism.
Everything was superb, starting with the owner, Mr. Roberto, who was incredibly kind and available for everything!
The location and food were top-notch.
I can't recommend it enough, and we'll definitely be back for other occasions!

Overall, the restaurant was average, but honestly, we expected something more given the many positive reviews, while the negative ones were quite old. The most disappointing aspect was definitely the temperature of the dishes: all the dishes arrived lukewarm or even cold for everyone. I can't say if the problem was with the kitchen or the service, but the waiters seemed few compared to the number of guests. I understand that it can happen with one dish, but that it happened with all the courses, including the main course, is truly perplexing. Even the meat plate was cold, which is quite difficult to understand. The only truly successful course was the dessert... perhaps also because, being cold by nature, there was no risk! The service was quick, perhaps too quick. Overall, the dishes weren't bad, but these aspects detracted from the experience. It's a shame, because the location is very nice.

Definitely a MUST in Valdobbiadene. For me, the best restaurant: a quiet atmosphere, a refined and peaceful setting, excellent staff and service.
The dishes are something special: refined, tasty, and, if I may say so, quite substantial (it's not the typical portion, which is so often found these days, tiny on the plate, in fact!). It deserves more than 5 stars!

Ristorante Casa Caldart is a restaurant located in Bigolino on the road leading to Valdobbiadene. The location is definitely the highlight of the entire experience. The restaurant is truly well-maintained and furnished. The atmosphere is a good mix of modern and rustic, making the place beautiful. The food was the highlight of our experience. Let's start with the positives. The menu is seasonal, with excellent ingredients and a certain refinement in the dishes. However, throughout the experience, we encountered a constant problem: the "cold" temperature of the dishes. This problem occurred with both the first and second courses. I don't know if it was a simple mishap, but if not, I would recommend fixing it as soon as possible because the quality is good. The service is fairly standard but without any particular problems; I would recommend focusing more on the description of the dishes. All in all, the place is good, if it weren't for the problem with the dishes.

Roberto, the owner, is top-notch... always present... the dining room staff is always welcoming, kind, and helpful... we wish we had more people like him... the rooms are always clean, and the food is good. Be careful when choosing your wine. Don't be fooled by any old wine. Ask for advice if you're unsure. The cheapest one isn't usually the best, and there's a reason for that, right? Congratulations Roberto for your Casa Caldart. Really!

We hadn't been there in a while, but it's still a great experience.
Impeccable and friendly staff.
Truly top-notch food and wine at the right price.
Roberto and his entire staff were brilliant, even managing to win over the palates of my 10- and 12-year-olds.
This type of restaurant can't be improvised. Well done!
