We discovered this place while wandering around the village of Triora, and it really made a great impression. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, everything is very clean and well-kept, with friendly and helpful staff who immediately make you feel at ease.
The menu isn't very extensive, but precisely because of this, every dish seems prepared with care and quality. We particularly enjoyed the excellent first courses and the desserts, which rounded off the meal perfectly.
The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered. A genuine place we'd gladly return to.

This was our first time at this beautiful restaurant, accompanied by our three dogs. The staff were very friendly, the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. The ravioli, baked goat's cheese ravioli, and panizza were excellent, and the desserts were excellent.

A lovely little restaurant located in the historic center of the charming medieval village of Triora. The portions are generous and authentic, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. We loved everything, from the appetizers to the desserts, especially the snails, which were divine. Low prices, highly recommended.

Perhaps the only restaurant in the historic "upper" village.
The dishes are simple and with a nod to the local area, yet tasteful.
Some dishes have been reinterpreted by the chef.
Good value for money.

Everything was perfect. The service was friendly and competent, and the dishes were excellent (fried panissa, baked Trevisana with ricotta, cujon branda, stewed snails, apple tarte tatin, and chocolate cake with cherry jam).
