06/10/2025: The best restaurant we’ve been to in Italy!!! A truly authentic place — so authentic they don’t even speak English and there’s no Wi-Fi, but it’s 100% worth it! Every single dish was better than the one before, and the service was just amazing. The food was insanely delicious! 🤤 They have WhatsApp, so you can book a table there. Highly, highly recommended!!! 🇮🇹✨

06/11/2025: I was really pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! 🥢 The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — perfect for meeting up with friends or family. The idea of preparing and seasoning your own food in hotpot style was a lot of fun and a completely new culinary experience. I was also surprised by the jellies, which turned out to be delicious and unique. I’ll definitely come back here again!

02/11/2025: We had dinner with friends. The mixed soup wasn't great. The tuna steak was full of white veins, the flavor was good but it was harsh on the teeth. The tempura was good. The waitress is always right, and be careful because she gets the numbers wrong. Quite expensive: two miso soups, an oriental chicken, and a tuna steak cost almost €68.

30/10/2025: I've been to Bolzano many times. I've tried some good restaurants, but: what friendly, professional, and warm service. The food: it was recommended to us by the owner. And we were more than pleasantly surprised. So good and of such high quality. From now on, a must-try.

05/10/2025: Bring an appetite - this warm and friendly "down home cooking" place was exactly what we needed after our wine tasting. Excellent meats, delicious cheeses and fire grilled veggies that kept us more than happy. These are the type of places that the real Italy is all about, so if you are in the country-side and want to experience something more authentic than the tourist traps, then start with the place and just keep exploring. You won't regret it!

21/09/2025: The food is heavenly good. The flavors are perfectly balanced. The service is friendly, prompt, and with an eye for beauty. The plates and cutlery are lovingly and stylishly arranged. The ambiance is pleasant both inside and out. Discreet music plays in the background. If you're lucky, you can also purchase beautiful ceramics by Clothilde le Grand.

Nevertheless, the overall flavor is quite decent. Prices are great, compared to the rest of Italy. Good option for tourists who want a gentle introduction to Italian cuisine.

08/10/2025: I had lunch here at Oste di Lucca, served by Vincenzo. I enjoyed the tortelli with beef ragù, which were amazing, and they brought me some spectacular focaccia bread. I received a choreography on a plate, which is not easy to find even in Michelin-starred restaurants.

03/10/2025: I booked an event dinner with 1 year advance notice and lots of communication as well as advance payment to have the table set with appatizers and drinks upon arrival. We ariived to have to wait for our table and then they had put our table split into two tables and in the corner not where we had discussed. Food was served so slowly and one table was finished where the second table was waiting over an hour for main dishs. The celebration I had worked do hard to plan was a disaster. DO NOT PLAN for a group and expect the plans to be honored. I will never return.

03/10/2025: We spent a perfect evening here. The food was cooked just right. We ordered the fish tartare, shrimp pasta, fish fillet with fried potatoes, and tiramisu. Everything was prepared beautifully. The restaurant is located on the rooftop (5th floor) of the hotel, offering an unobstructed view of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria. The atmosphere is young, lively, and trendy, with a DJ playing urban/tech music, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The service was outstanding! At the front desk, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady with dark curly hair. Once upstairs, every staff member was both professional and kind. They even treated us to a few shots to celebrate our first visit to Florence. Truly an unforgettable experience! We will be back❤️

05/10/2025: A place I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something different from the usual pizzas, with carefully selected, quality ingredients expertly prepared. The service is excellent, and all the staff and the delightful head waiter deserve special mention. Recommended for both a family dinner or a dinner with friends.

12/09/2025: Truly a beautiful rest area, in a wonderful location. The management is top-notch, and the people are more than kind in welcoming you to their place. A traditional bar with the lovely lady Cinzia who will cater to your every need, from super spritzes to delicious sandwiches.
