Passing through Parma, we stopped by Cortile by chance. A vast selection of wines, and a menu for all tastes. I hadn't had such beautifully prepared lamb in a long time (it was an extra dish on the daily menu). It was perfectly cooked, not fatty, and the chicory and raisins were delicious. The entire staff was truly smiling and friendly. We drank a very pleasant white wine from Elba. While waiting for the appetizer, the kitchen offered cheese fondue and a savory tartlet. Worth a visit. The price was fair.

Certified restaurant, excellent food for celiacs. The pasta was delicious, and it's actually a great place for those who have trouble eating fresh pasta. Plus, they have the products for sale. Highly recommended, even for just a dinner; reservations are required for wine. Excellent value for money.

Location: 8 (beautiful restaurant in central Parma, with a warm atmosphere; the only drawback is the near-impossibility of parking). Menu: 10 (everything is excellent, but the fresh tagliatelle with artichokes and culatello was an incredible discovery). Service: 9 (great customer service... They asked us several times about allergies). Bill: 9 (perfectly in line with the service). When I return to Parma, I will definitely book again.

Excellent place and staff.
The only downside was the pumpkin tortelli dish, because on the menu they were described as simply pumpkin-filled pasta, but in reality they also contained amaretto (I don't know if it was other ingredients, but the amaretto was quite overwhelming).
Overall, the quality/price ratio wasn't great.
The attention to food intolerances and allergies was particularly commendable.

We had lunch here on a Sunday. Everything was delicious, especially the tortelli, which were spectacular. The prices weren't cheap, but the food was definitely quality.
