12/10/2025: I pack up my bike and head inside. It's 1:30 PM, there's a lot of people, so the guy who welcomes me places me outside, but in the "most sheltered spot." A small, great touch of kindness. I love eating outside; for me, it's the authentic way to eat, especially in the South, with people passing by, birds singing, the breeze, and a beautiful church in the background. Excellent dish of "maritati" (traditional Italian pasta) with involtini al sugo (rolls with tomato sauce). But then again, when the father is in charge, the son is serving, and the mother is in the kitchen, you can never go wrong! Great selection of wines, which unfortunately I only admired considering the kilometers still to be cycled. Thank you so much; this is the Italy I'm looking for.

16/09/2025: We happened to be driving through town yesterday and spontaneously stopped in. We received a very friendly welcome, and a table was immediately set up for us. The service was super friendly, and the pizza was delicious. Absolutely top-notch ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The space is meticulously maintained, immaculately clean, and truly comfortable—you can immediately sense the love and passion that goes into running this B&B. Breakfast was a treat: fresh, local products served with meticulous attention. Every corner exudes tranquility and well-being, ideal for unwinding and feeling at home (actually, better!). 13/10/2025: I stopped in for dinner almost by chance (I'd actually read excellent reviews) while traveling from another city. I was greeted by a kind and smiling lady. I ate a rosemary-scented tagliata, which was simply delicious, incredibly tender, and cooked to perfection. The complimentary glass of wine was excellent. The price was fair. What can I say? I hope to return soon to try the porchetta, which gives the restaurant its name. My compliments, truly...

15/09/2025: Hidden in a small, forgotten village, we found this fantastic inn. A few well-executed details and a wonderful (and very fast) service team. Traditional prices, priceless view. Truly a wonderful find for mountain lovers.

14/09/2025: Welcoming place and friendly service. The pizza is excellent, and the thin, light dough is a real treat! Update: I've returned after six years. The pizza is still excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I notice some people complain about the thin dough, but I think that's a matter of personal taste rather than a factor that could compromise the integrity and quality of the pizza!

04/11/2025: I've known this place for many years, and I must say they've constantly improved over time. They offer a traditional menu with excellent ingredients, innovative dishes with interesting combinations, and a very beautiful and relaxing location. The owners really make you feel at home, and they pay special attention to their customers. And finally, excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended, a 10 out of 10.

29/09/2025: The food was spectacular! Without a doubt, the best place we've eaten in Sardinia. We ordered a variety of pasta dishes so we could try a bit of everything, and then we ordered the suckling pig. It's worth it if you want to try traditional food at a great price! The staff was also very attentive and friendly.

28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant! The owner is very welcoming, speaks French, and arranged for us to have a table (reservations are highly recommended, as they often seem to be full). The food is authentic and very, very good!

09/09/2025: Truly amazing restaurant! The service, food, atmosphere - everything was above and beyond. We ended up going this restaurant twice during our short visit in Taranto. We saw people picking up fresh fish they want to eat and it was cooked freshly and your server bring it to the table, show how they clean the fish in front of you and serve the fillet. This was awesome experience. We tried many dishes, everything was on top-notch. The dessert lemon sorbet - it was perfect to clean up your mouth. Highly recommend this restaurant and don’t forget to make a reservation before you go.

07/09/2025: Excellent food and high-quality service. The prices are average for this type of restaurant. The place is a bit dated, but I think they wanted to maintain that style.

16/10/2025: A bit expensive. Small portions, generally speaking, aren't very generous. If you order meats like Fiorentina or other steaks, they come without any sides, and then you pay €6-7 each for the side dishes, but they're tiny pebbles of beans, onions, herbs, or potatoes. I'd suggest either including at least one per person or setting them at no more than €4. Otherwise, you'll spend almost €30 for the side dishes alone, or you can order them much larger because the portions are too small. Inattentive and slow service.
