19/10/2025: In transit and with Google in action...after two failed attempts and re-engineering the search along the way...this place is worth a visit for its quality, cleanliness, and service. The friendliness and courtesy of a (I believe) small family business. The food is carefully prepared and excellent, with amazing ravioli and tagliatelle that speak volumes and are a testament to "LadyChef Maria." Let's avoid the defeatists and... 👍ITALIA THE FIRST (except for a few crooks) in food and courtesy.

12/10/2025: We stayed at Casale 4.5 for my father's birthday party. It was a surprise, and the entire Casale staff was so involved, even standing by to let us know when the birthday boy would arrive! The food, location, decor, and communication were perfect, with professionalism, empathy, and kindness! A special mention to the waiters, who anticipated our every need and always responded with a smile. All in all, it was a perfect lunch, a successful surprise, and we felt welcomed and pampered the entire time. Thank you, Noemi, Francesco, and everyone!

09/10/2025: We got married here on October 4th, and everything was just as perfect as we imagined! Noemi and Francesco are special people, attentive to detail and true professionals. The location is beautiful, and the natural setting provides the perfect backdrop. The food is excellent, and the desserts are superb! Our guests were blown away, and we enjoyed our day without a care in the world. 😀 It's a magical place; we'll choose it again for any future event!

07/11/2025: The pizza was very good! I had the vegetarian pizza. The Highlight was definitely the staff! Vanessa was amazing, open minded, kind and super interesting person :) I would recommend this place for quality price :)

11/10/2025: So much love! So much passion! And so much dedication, it shows in Chef Isa Mazzocchi's dishes. La Palta Restaurant offers impeccable yet discreet service in a grand, atmospheric dining room. The soft lighting, classy music, and Monica's attentive service make you feel special. I still think with wonder and delight today about the flavors, colors, and combinations of ingredients in the dishes served.

12/10/2025: The woman who served us today was extremely knowledgeable. She explained each dish with great knowledge, going above and beyond at many other places. The cuisine was creative and intriguing. We recommended the meatloaf and the mixed platter, both delicious. Next time we'll be back for the spaghetti with broccoli (recommended).

27/09/2025: Excellent food after our day at Ostia Antica. The appetizer sampler was absolutely mind blowing! I highly recommend giving it a try. The pasta dishes were not our favorite on this trip, but we would go back for the bruschetta and zucchini flowers alone!

21/09/2025: Spent 10 days in italy traveling north and south. Went to restaurant after restaurant, all better than the next. Then we found Osteria L'Orciaia, walking in felt like being invited into someones home. Its family run and quite literally the best of all our dining experiences. The family couldnt be more hospitable and the food couldnt have been better. Its the only location we had a meal at twice. When im back in italy, no matter where i land; i will travel here. An absolute 10/10, if you want a true italian experience you found it.

29/09/2025: A beautifully situated bar with a view to the east. Large outdoor seating with hamburgers on the regular and bao buns that were really good. A fresh beer in the sunshine is never a bad thing.

15/10/2025: I ordered carbonara and pizza. The pizza wasn't as flavorful as I expected, but the steamed carbonara was delicious. Unlike the Korean version, it was made with only cheese, egg yolk, and bacon, without any broth, and it paired perfectly with the boiled noodles.

29/09/2025: We've been to the Turmwirt many times. My in-laws are from the area. We even considered holding our wedding there. The menu was already set. Unfortunately, I came to dinner alone with my wife and child. We were treated rudely, almost hostilely. The food was then served reluctantly. We wanted sour beef for the main course. That was probably too much to ask for. The portion was tiny and ridiculously expensive. We will never visit this restaurant again. I would advise all vacationers to avoid it.

26/10/2025: A super 4-star for IL FIENILE What a treat you can have with good taste and style! The event I attended was a 60th birthday party, and I'd say it was outside the norm. The birthday girl was bright and lively, and IL FIENILE perfectly showcased her personality. The service was very well organized, the dishes were typically Italian, but presented and combined with gourmet touches. The setting offers space for an evening with entertainment... the courtyard at the entrance is equally stunning, all in beautiful GALATINA!

19/09/2025: Sought out this restaurant specifically for their lunch menu, featured on their website and in restaurant window. Once we were seated I asked for the lunch menu and was told there’s no lunch menu anymore. I’m disappointed we were not told this before we sat down, as we would have chosen to eat elsewhere. Ended up spending 2x what we would have for their lunch and ultimately didn’t even get the dishes we went for (Tubetti “Benedetto Cavalieri”, salsa di pomodoro fresco).

03/09/2025: Dinner at Pierre Alexis's was a true celebration of taste, orchestrated by a passionate family whose mastery and rigor are evident in the kitchen as well as in the dining room. The cozy atmosphere, precise gestures, and attentive service make every moment a living testament to their history and expertise passed down from generation to generation. The unexpected marriage of rabbit and eel, bold and luminous, transcends the boundaries of traditional cuisine: the finesse of the rabbit meets the salty depth of the eel, and each texture is a surprise, enhanced by a subtle dash of herb sauce that makes the flavors burst forth in the mouth. Then comes the pigeon prepared three ways, including the tender sous-vide breast, the roasted supreme, and the confit leg, offering a palette of refined and precise flavors; the perfect pairing with the fermented pear is simply remarkable. The venison, placed on Jerusalem artichokes, truly stands out as the centerpiece: an explosion of colors and aromas thanks to the beetroot, celery, and Jerusalem artichoke powders add complexity and elegance to the dish. The meat, seared to perfection, is enhanced by a black elderberry reduction and a powerful jus, offering an experience where earth and undergrowth intertwine with intensity. Coming to Pierre Alexis means accepting surprises, rediscovering what eating means. I'll stop there: you have to experience this emotion, because Pierre Alexis isn't just a restaurant: it's a family that elevates cuisine to its highest peaks, with rigor, precision, and passion, for an unforgettable sensory experience.

04/10/2025: Excellent sushi in San Mauro. They don't offer an all-you-can-eat option, and the prices aren't exactly cheap (€30-40), but the quality is undeniable. Everything is freshly prepared. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Four stars for the atmosphere, although nice, a bit cramped.

27/09/2025: A fantastic Japanese restaurant, excellent quality, the fish melts in your mouth and every time I go I can't help but taste their tuna tartare which is something sublime... fantastic!!!
