Great experience here! Great food and service! Best pizza and carbonara I've had being in Rome so far. The carbonara wasn't so heavy and all the flavors came through. Super great service too! Kind waitress! Would strongly recommend this place! There is a service fee. It seemed manageable and deserving given the quality.

The basket pizza is good, but the Saltimbocca alla Roma shouldn't be made with chicken breast because it's cheap! And 17 euros for chicken, no way! It's not specified on the menu (they should be made with beef or veal). The courgette flowers should be avoided; they should be made with mozzarella, and you used cheese. The rest is fine, the waiters are kind and courteous.

Great little restaurant...the waitress speaks French, English, Spanish, and Italian...the pasta was very good, a good selection of craft beer...the price was very reasonable...a pleasant atmosphere...in short, a must-try if you're in the area.

This place is hard to notice from the outside (not a main street, no outside dining, and small little entrance). The inside however, is in comparison with the entrance, quite large. The Italian dining room is atmospheric with maritime items displayed referencing its name. We especially appreciated that there was no loud music in the background. The place serves honest no-nonsense, generously portioned, Italian food. We were very tired and hungry after a day walking and sightseeing Rome. This was the perfect place to end that day.

We had a truly excellent dinner here. The "Fritto Mix," the Pizza Branche, and the Cacio e Pepe were all outstanding. They also have a really excellent house wine. The staff is very friendly, the location itself is very rustic, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Highly recommended.
