A pleasant discovery in Florence! A truly excellent experience at Angolo del Gusto! Tasty dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service impeccable, and the quality/price ratio excellent. A restaurant I absolutely recommend and one we'll gladly return to when we're back in Florence. A well-deserved five stars!

We fell in love with this restaurant during our visit to Florence. So much so that we returned every night of our trip. Everything there is absolutely divine; each dish is exceptional. They offer, in particular, the best pasta carbonara I've ever tasted. The welcome is warm, and the staff is friendly and pleasant. Overall, the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. The only slight drawback is that there's one dish on the menu that doesn't have a price: it's a bit expensive, but also excellent. I just wish I had known it was so pricey before ordering it. Otherwise, it's flawless. I highly recommend it. If you're passing through, make a stop at L'Ange du Goût; you won't be disappointed!

The open wood-fired oven 🔥, the music 🎶, and the welcoming atmosphere make this restaurant truly special. But what made the evening unforgettable was the service. Mira, our Italian waitress, was incredibly kind ❤️. She spoke excellent English, advised us on what to order, and every suggestion was perfect. Then Alessio arrived, very friendly and attentive. He explained how to enjoy the meal "as they do here" 😄🍽️, encouraging us to share and take our time to savor everything. We followed his advice, and it was a fantastic experience. Yesterday we ate our first Florentine steak ever at Angolo del Gusto. I only eat well-done meat, but they recommended medium rare to truly appreciate it, and I must say it was delicious; even the kids loved it. This evening we chose the charcuterie board (the coccoli were delicious in their simplicity), the pappardelle with Chianina ragù, the carbonara, the classic burger, the Margherita pizza, the cutlet, and of course the Chianina heifer Florentine steak with a nice glass of Chianti—all truly delicious, exceptional. And then the staff in the dining room know how to give you great advice and are incredibly kind, all of them, but a special thanks goes to Elena, who advised us and looked after us during our dinners. We're only in Florence for a few days, but we'll definitely be back, and Angolo del Gusto will be our first stop!

As soon as we entered we were warmly welcomed and treated as if we were family guests. We went to this specific restaurant because we read the reviews about their Bistecca alla Fiorentina. We were not disappointed! It was absolutely perfectly prepared. The Bistecca was perfectly prepared, but we were also pleasantly surprised by the appetiser which was deepfried zucchini flowers, so very tasty. The service by the entire staff was excellent, each person made us feel welcome. We will definitely return here the next time we come back to Florence.

We were greeted by truly excellent, friendly staff, who were able to advise us on what to order for dinner based on our tastes. We ate outside in a very relaxing and well-kept atmosphere. The dishes were sublime, I've never had such good and flavorful food. Excellent meat. Highly recommended. At the end of the meal, we were offered arancino liqueur, delicious. We will gladly return every time we visit Florence ❤️
