01/07/2025: On the occasion of a birthday, we decided to spend the evening at Arrosticini & Vini, an elegant and refined restaurant/wine bar, located in a quiet area of ​​Pescara Nord. We had a great time right from the start: we were welcomed and accompanied to our table in a warm and friendly way. I have nothing to say about the food: the appetizers were extraordinary (especially the fried pizzas with sauce, a delight), and the arrosticini, hot and tasty. I really recommend this place for spending a quiet evening like ours.

28/06/2025: It is our point of reference whenever we want arrosticini. Never disappointed and always accompanied by our now - very good and usual - wine. Don't worry, given the wide choice they will surely have yours too. I recommend you try the bruschetta, even the very good ones! In general you can't go wrong, all the appetizers go great with a dinner that will not disappoint you!

26/07/2025: Truly a great spot for authentic Florence sandwiches. Such great quality products and amazing portions. Even with long queue service was fast and attentive. Cost was also a welcome surprise at how cheap it was.

26/07/2025: We arrived about 50 minutes before opening to be first in line. We were greeted by a humble crew of sandwich masters. We had nice chat, and then watched prep through the window. The menu is straightforward. Each sandwich is crafted well. You order at the cashier, they give you a number, you wait outside for them to call your number, then you crunch your way through layers of sliced heaven. It’s a must try. We got La Rossa (Yes Chef approved) and Suicida (Spicy and savory). We will come back!

21/07/2025: I was a guest at a wedding reception and found the food excellent. There were a few small flaws between what was written on the menu and what was actually served, but that didn't matter: it can happen. The service was good, with the staff always available, polite, and smiling. The ambiance was refined, both inside and out in the park, where, despite the July heat, the trees provided a wonderful setting for a perfect aperitif. CONGRATULATIONS

27/07/2025: I found myself in this lovely Italian restaurant after almost falling prey to a tourist trap nearby. This is an upscale restaurant yet not pretentious at all. The service and attention to detail were the best I have had in Europe over the last two weeks. I wanted a Roman dish, and went with the maître d's recommendation and I could not be more pleased. Very satisfied and I absolutely recommend. I dined alone, but I plan on returning with my family before we leave Rome for another meal. I am quite pleased. Also, for the quality of food, service. and atmosphere, I felt the prices were a bargain.

18/07/2025: The appetizers were good, but nothing exceptional like I'd read. Honestly, it was a bit pricey. There are plenty of fried food places around, and the fried food is really good!

16/07/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a week, three of us, in two rooms, and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very clean and fully equipped, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was very quiet, perfect for those who want to relax without stress and chaos. We ate in the hotel restaurant all week. The food was truly top-notch, and you could taste the work of a skilled chef. The fish was fresh and the pasta dishes were excellent. We loved the desserts! Ms. Filomena made us feel welcomed and pampered the entire time; she knows her job. Thanks to the young people who work here, always smiling, helpful, and polite. You can tell the owners care a lot about their training. We hope to return very soon!!! Greetings to all the staff at the Li Pali Hotel.

11/06/2025: Found a bit by chance thanks to the excellent reviews, I can confirm that during my stay for work here in Catania it has become my favorite place! Any dish I have tried is made with care, always varied menu and fresh raw materials, note of merit for the friendliness of all the staff. Highly recommended if you want to eat well and quality spending the right amount! Quiet location and away from the chaos, place kept with care.

10/06/2025: We had to wait a little while for our table but this was not a major problem. However, the menu was on boards and no table menus were given out. The waiter had to go through each dish and describe it individually (and remarked on how “Sicilian” everything was). Overall, the portions were relatively small but this was not the worst thing about the food. There were four of us at the table and two got their dishes first, after which the other two had to wait another 25 minutes for their food to arrive. By then, the first two had already finished their food. The food that came first was very good even though the portions were quite small. However, the food that came later (the other was gluten-free) tasted like cat food. It was pasta with tuna and the tuna was clearly from a can; nothing you would expect from an Italian restaurant with 4.7 stars! Overall, nothing recommended for tourists. The only plus was that we got a “sorry drink” after the meal which they offered as an apology and if you are a tourist, a plus might be that they spoke English.
