Superb sandwich, excellent quality meat, sublime cacio e pepe sauce. The caramelized onion sauce was also truly wonderful. Highly recommended if you want a simple but truly filling meal at a reasonable price. Super friendly staff :-)

🇬🇧 ITALIAN REVIEW Among the best flavors and sandwiches I've tasted in the last 10 years in Milan. I chose the carbonara sandwich. Carbonara sauce for an extra €2. I was expecting a lot of sauce, but unfortunately they put very little, hence the 4 stars. The owner is truly dedicated to the customers; you can tell he cares about interacting, being present, and getting opinions. BUT, a word of advice: it's appreciated to see owners who care, but be careful not to overdo it! Second tip: remove the darkened windows; arriving by motorbike, I had a hard time telling if it was open or not. All in all, absolutely recommended! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rediscover authentic and real flavors. Another plus is the supply chain control, much appreciated 💝

Have you ever eaten something that made you say, "Excellent" at first bite? That's exactly what I felt. I traveled many miles, taking advantage of a business trip, and finally got to try what social media had been teasing me about, and it certainly exceeded my expectations; it truly is the best sandwich in Europe.

O buon viandante, ascolta il mio dire di questa locanda ove ristoro trovai. Giunto stanco e con animo bramoso di conforto, fui accolto dall’oste con sì nobile cortesia che parve quasi d’esser ricevuto in casa di gentiluomo. Con parole misurate e volto sereno, egli mostrò premura e rispetto, sì che il cuore mio si fece leggero ancor prima del desinare. Ma fu il panino di carne d’Angus a destar meraviglia: tenera e succosa la carne, cotta con arte tale da serbarne ogni virtù e sapore. Il pane, saldo ma non greve, accoglieva il tutto come scrigno degno di sì prezioso contenuto. E sopra ogni cosa, la salsa BBQ, d’equilibrio raro, non sovrastava né celava, ma accompagnava con dolcezza e vigore. Le cipolle, ben lavorate, donavano nota gentile e leggermente pungente, sì da completare l’armonia del boccone. So I left the inn not only satisfied, but happy, like someone who has tasted not mere food, but a work of art worthy of memory.

I love porcate... and where better to find it than at PORCOBRADO? The sandwiches are amazing... crispy on the outside and soft on the inside... and the contents are wow! The guys are very friendly. I gave the place a 5* because it's really very clean. It's worth a try.

To say it was exceptional is an understatement; everything from A to Z was excellent. From the friendliness of the staff, who paid due attention to celiac disease and offered gluten-free sandwiches, to the quality of the food and the excellent value. Will we be back? Definitely, as soon as possible; it will become a regular stop whenever we're in the island area. Highly recommended!
