14/08/2025: Simply heaven, for vegans and non-vegans alike. Everything is delicious, with more than fair prices and truly top-quality ingredients. The owners are incredibly kind, and you truly feel welcomed with open arms. I wish I could have you even closer! I'll definitely be back every chance I get.

18/08/2025: We searched for the place on Google. We ate everything seafood-based, and everything was exceptional: octopus with potatoes, anchovies with crostini, grilled fish, mixed fried fish, linguine with clams, grilled vegetables, spaghetti with fish. The dessert made by the chef was amazing. The staff was wonderful and very kind. In short, a truly excellent place.

03/09/2025: We happened upon it by chance one evening in early September. We were craving a barbecue and by chance we found this butcher's shop and grill... a simple little place with wonderful owners. They made us feel at home, and the quality of the food they serve is exceptional, with generous portions. Highly recommended!

08/09/2025: When we walked in we were greeted with a “where are you from?”, to which we replied “Alabama”. The host said, “Roll Tide” and it made our day! Pizzas were huge and delicious. Pasta and fried rice croquettes yummy as well. A great place close to the Colosseum.

08/09/2025: Our server Kate was really sweet and gave us really nice service. The food was very good, both the pasta and the pizza. A bit noisy at times, but other than that the vibe was really good.

20/07/2025: We dined at Sal8 and I was delighted with the welcome and hospitality of the staff. The food is divinely good, the staff attentive and French-speaking, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend it without reservation. Bravo to the entire team.

19/07/2025: It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Exceptional dishes with indescribable flavors. Excellent service: attentive, but never intrusive. The welcome glass of wine was much appreciated. The appetizer, in my opinion, captured the original essence of this restaurant: intriguing combinations, sensational textures, and flavors you can't understand until you try them. We live in Lombardy, but we hope to be able to return specifically to eat at this special place once again. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

03/09/2025: Very friendly and welcoming owners. Amazing gelato with several unusual flavors, yet refined and never banal. You can immediately taste the passion and expertise behind this gelato, spanning generations. Highly recommended. Prices in line with the quality and... Milan.

16/08/2025: A superb address in Florence! Tuscan recipes cooked with great finesse for exceptional results (acquacotta, stuffed rabbit). The authentic welcome, away from the tourist traps, is a great pleasure.

08/09/2025: We had a dinner at this place, and I was having high expectations due to the 4.8 rating of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I believe it is not even close to this rating. The starters we ordered were fine, but the tagliata which we ordered to be done medium, was completely overcooked, and this for the price of 31.5 euros, extremely high both for the portion size and the quality of the dish. We had dinners in Florence in other places nearby, and steaks were cheaper and tastier there. In addition, I was annoyed by the familiarity of the waiters - someone may find this fine, but I am just not a big fan of such attitude. On the bright side, the overall atmosphere is cozy, but unfortunately I would not recommend this place due to mediocre food at high prices.

24/08/2025: Without a doubt, the best gelato I've ever eaten in my life!! (And I've tried so many!) My taste buds were on fire. I had a really hard time choosing which flavors to try because each one was better than the last! Not to mention the staff: wonderful, friendly, genuine, and warm-hearted. Overall, it was a wonderful discovery: I highly recommend anyone to go there, you won't regret it!!

29/05/2025: My wife and I were there on our anniversary, a weekday Thursday, everything was really good, excellent service, all the staff were very kind. Well-kept environment, right in the center of Bagno di Romagna. Highly recommended.

23/05/2025: if you are in the Bagno di romagna area you can't help but come and eat at Giovanna's. Her lasagna, tortelli, tagliatelle, not to mention the roasts. Oh, remember to book, you might be left empty-handed!

07/09/2025: A truly fantastic restaurant. We've already been there twice during our vacation and would love to come back again. The service is very friendly, welcoming, quick, and attentive. The food is simply fantastic! We especially recommend the seafood/fish starter platter. The pizzas are also great, as are the other dishes we tried. The food also arrived very quickly. We also highly recommend the dessert! We'd love to come back. Reservations are highly recommended.

The pizzas were truly delicious, as was everything else. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Be sure to reserve a table.
