When we come on vacation to Torre Pali (for several years now), LI PALI is ALWAYS a must! Modern, spotlessly clean environment with no barriers. Always polite, kind, and smiling, even when you can tell they're really tired. The food is always EXCELLENT, FRESH, and in LARGE PORTIONS. Here, you can savor the flavors and typical dishes like Le Sagne Salentine Ritorte del Salento (they remind me of my grandmother's) and always feel pampered. You can eat indoors or outdoors. We've always ordered takeout. The cooking and seasoning have always been PERFECT! Very easy to reach by car, located at the entrance to town. We like to eat well all year round; food and ingredients are an important part of our experience, and we're very particular and careful about them. You can't go wrong here! P.S. See you next year!

Vacationing in Puglia for the first time, where to eat? So many questions, so we asked our host where to eat, and he sent us to this wonderful restaurant where you can see the sea in the distance and the air caresses you... We were greeted by friendly staff with smiles on their faces, and the owner was a wonderful person, but we want to talk about the sublime food... Thank you, you made us spend a pleasant evening accompanied by good food and wine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It's run by a family of special, attentive, and discreet people... Mario, a generous and flavorful chef, and Elisa, his imaginative and detail-oriented daughter... Filomena, Mario's wife, is always welcoming and smiling, and then there's Lucia, his other daughter, exceptionally sweet and professional, who always has the right advice, even about planning your vacation, special evenings, beaches, clubs... In short, what can I say? We've been spending our holidays with them for 4 years and we truly feel at home here!

We discovered this restaurant during our summer vacation and immediately fell in love with it. Since then, it's become a regular stop: we've been back practically every day this year too! The food is always excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and the dishes are carefully crafted, flavorful, and generous! The staff is truly exceptional: always kind, friendly, helpful, and able to make you feel right at home. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well and have a pleasant experience. Excellent restaurant, the only one during my stay in Salento that accommodated my food intolerances without making me feel uncomfortable or bothered. Definitely worth keeping in mind for future visits to the area.
