After booking Japan last year, we turned to Jambo again for our trip to Mexico, and once again, everything was perfect. Communication and assistance were simple and effective. Silvia, the person who organized our trip, was fantastic, as were the solutions she offered. A special mention goes to the accommodations: truly remarkable, well-maintained, and with a magical atmosphere.

A week in Kenya at a Francorosso 7 Island resort in Watamu National Park. The experience was always perfectly organized thanks to Jambo: flight from Milan (unfortunately with a stopover in Palermo, decided later by the tour operator) and bus transfer to the resort. The resort is small and well-kept, the beach offers a stunning view and the opportunity to swim in the islands opposite at low tide, the pool is lovely to relax in when the sun goes down, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (be careful, avoid those overlooking the Papa Remo club, as the disco ends at 3:00 on Saturdays). Superlative food (chef Gian Gavino is amazing) and the entertainment was gentle and courteous, never intrusive. Our 8-year-old daughter had a great time, thanks in part to the three pools, one of which was reserved for children. We went on a two-day safari booked directly at the resort: a wonderful experience in contact with nature. In hindsight, it deserved an extra night. What can I say? Everything was perfect. As soon as we got back, you couldn't wait to set off on another trip. Jambo tour was excellent: This is the third time I've used this agency, which I've already used to travel to Zanzibar and the Maldives, and I can only confirm the extremely positive review: a top-notch agency.
