21/07/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Tuscan gem in the heart of Pisa! We went to Chilometro Toscano on the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying and... what a discovery! The place is small, well-kept, and authentic, with a beautiful display of traditional products. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (all freshly cut!), some truly spectacular pici with venison ragù, and a Fassona tartare that melted in our mouths. Super welcoming service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and eager to explain each dish with passion. Fair prices considering the quality.

Food with typical Tuscan dishes cooked divinely, the waiter Emanuele is the best of the best, very polite and with great experience, the owners are splendid and take great care in choosing the raw materials, something very important in catering.... In short, what can I say, you are the number one in Pisa.... Well done, always keep it up... A hug from the 2 restaurateurs Rudy and Romina....

16/07/2025: We loved our experience here! Beautiful, romantic cocktail bar for a date. We were recommended some very nice cocktails according to our preferences. It was very exciting to be seated outside on the steps, which offered amazing views. Drinks a bit expensive, but you can tell that they are qualitative. Definitely recommend the place at least for some drinks!

03/06/2025: The restaurant offers delicious food and well-crafted drinks, all set in a lovely location that’s great for a relaxed outing. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. However, the strong floral scent in the space was a bit overwhelming and clashed with the enjoyment of the food. Despite that, it was an overall pleasant experience and worth a visit.

14/08/2025: Excellent food, top-quality meat, and mouth-watering pasta with meatball sauce. The dessert, a crumble cake with berries, was delicious! Truly a high-quality dish! Attentive service, the atmosphere is a bit basic, with some room for improvement.

05/09/2025: Industrial-style pizzeria with a casual atmosphere. In addition to pizzas, they also offer classic appetizers, first courses, and second courses. There's no wine list. The fish is very good and well-cooked, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. I recommend paying more attention to the restrooms, which is something I care about and helps me understand the management of the place. Highly recommended.

04/09/2025: Excellent pizza, excellent service, friendly staff, always smiling and polite. Zero wait times, even when it's packed. The atmosphere is a little noisy, but bearable. Online reservations are very quick. The best pizza in the area, with fair prices.

07/08/2025: A lovely place, staffed by wonderful, courteous, friendly, and professional people. The ingredients are always fresh. We tried the salad, poke, and sandwiches, and they were all excellent. Kudos to the entire staff! I absolutely recommend trying it!

25/08/2025: High price for medium size food portions. Charged 3€ for "coperto" but didn't bring anything like bread or table service or olive oil. Other restaurants serve break for Pasta Carbonara, but not here. Disappointed, but food is good.

06/09/2025: I've been eating pizza at Evo50 since they opened. I've always found it excellent, and over the years, I've found the dough to be lighter and lighter. The toppings are exquisite and innovative; you can tell they put a lot of effort into finding top-quality ingredients crafted with great technique. All this is complemented by excellent and attentive service! My compliments to the people behind it all. I highly recommend anyone who's new to this pizzeria to try their pizza at least once!! Keep it up, success is guaranteed!

16/07/2025: I can only confirm the positive reviews and add that the food is a triumph of flavors unlike anything I've ever experienced here. The staff is excellent and attentive, even for those with allergies/intolerances. I highly recommend trying it at least once—you won't regret it!

26/08/2025: Today we were here for the second time, and I have to say, in my opinion, it's the best Neapolitan and regular pizza in the world. We don't even need to talk about the dessert, because it was incredibly good. The whole atmosphere has a strong SSC Napoli feel, which I think is great 😉. I'd love to come back for a fresh and delicious pizza :)
