26/08/2025: Discovered today on the recommendation of our hotel. Excellent restaurant in the old town, a little off the beaten track. Authentic local dishes. The cotoletta a la bolognese and the beef fillet with balsamic vinegar, arugula, and Parmesan are delicious. The wine by the glass is a Sangiovese, very good value for money. Good panna cotta for dessert. Very warm welcome, highly recommended.

06/09/2025: We arrived by motorbike without a reservation. They welcomed us very warmly and immediately offered us piping hot flower fritters and sat us down. We chose the tasting menu. As soon as we were seated, we were served generous appetizers accompanied by water and wine. Then came the two first courses, giving us seconds as well as the second courses. And then, for dessert, the ricotta cannoli... Everything was delicious and in a truly sublime, quiet and relaxing location with a breathtaking panoramic view. We ate really well and were truly satisfied!!

23/06/2025: Compliments, a super bitter and high-proof organic craft beer... then a delicious cutting board and a top pappardella with ragù... but it's not just the food, it's also the very good and attentive Lorenzo who is a truly nice and helpful person, we had a great time and ate very well, a beautiful view and attention to the customer, we came at eight and we saw each other on the terrace at sunset... :) I recommend it!

A special location, a village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and Lazio, and the chef was on top of his game like never before in showcasing the local ingredients. The tasting was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish had something unique to offer, even the smallest bite. I would have said it was impossible to rank in order of goodness, because the extremely high quality of the suckling pig, the sea bass, and the scampi were all on par. But alas, all the courses had to capitulate in the face of the foie gras, an absolute masterpiece, an explosion of flavors, textures, and even temperatures, sublime, enhanced by the stellar pairing of the white wine we were offered... When you leave, the only thought is what the autumn menu will be like. Many thanks to the chef, the sommelier, and the entire team, young but truly knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet always present...

15/08/2025: Nestled in the Siena countryside, in a splendid castle. The dinner was perfect, every course an explosion of flavor, with attention to every ingredient. The service was impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Recommended for a treat for the heart and soul.
