An excellent place to sample Ligurian cuisine and be delighted by its flavors and ingredients. The dishes I highly recommend are the gnocchi, the crostone with cod, and the stroscia with zabaglione ice cream.
The atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters are friendly and professional.
I recommend booking, especially on weekends, as Dolce Acqua is a popular tourist destination for both Italians and French.

A top-quality restaurant, from the attentive, kind yet discreet service (which isn't a given) to the quality of the dishes, everything done well (but well means WELL) as true chefs do, nothing improvised, no frills to hide questionable qualities, no over-the-top display to impress, only to enhance. I've tasted several courses, from starters to fish to dessert. We eat out often, and this has now become one of our favorite restaurants. Thanks to Fabri, Valeria, and their dining room staff.

Another amazing lunch today at CasaEBotega in DolceAqua with Marco and the team. It’s always like coming home. Marco is fantastic – and so is his entire staff. The warmth and service make you feel like part of the family.
The food is a permanent part of our visits to Liguria. Their pasta vongole is almost worth the trip from Denmark alone. Highly recommended!

We had lunch following the owner's recommendations for both dishes and wine, and we had a wonderful time. The menu is very interesting, and other dishes are certainly worth trying, which is another reason to return to this delightful establishment. The efficient service and friendly staff are also a great reason to visit again.

We had a wonderful lunch at CasaeBottega. We hadn't booked a table on a rainy Saturday, and luckily there was one available!
The starters and main courses were delicious and generous, and the multilingual staff was very welcoming. A great choice in Dolceaqua! I'll be back.
