I apologize for not having found the time to leave a review right away, but I absolutely couldn't fail to praise the experience I had at Trattoria Il Rifugio in Marciano: simply fantastic!
The welcome from the owner, who was incredibly friendly, and from the service staff was fantastic. The quality of all the dishes was excellent. The value for money was exceptional.
A huge thank you to the owners for helping make that evening magical, for me and the lovely girl I met that day at the Terme di Saturnia spa.
One big disappointment: unfortunately, I live several hundred kilometers away so I can't afford the pleasure of frequenting the Rifugio often. But there's no doubt that if I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back!

Four of us came here and had a really great time! 😍
We ate everything incredibly well, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
What struck us most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff: everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We immediately felt at ease.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! ✨

We just arrived in Manciano for a week, the weather not cooperating with our idea of Toscany. My teenage daughter was starving and she is the one who found the place. Super clean, warm atmosphere, friendly owner who comes and jokes with you. Also very accommodating on dietary restrictions. My wife and kids had a great time and we forgot it was raining outside. Don't know if this is the best Manciano has to offer, but it was good!

Some locals recommended it to us (it was also the only one open), and it was a delightful discovery. We ate and drank wonderfully, the place is beautiful, and the service was exceptional. If we ever come through this area again, we'd happily stop by again.
