We had a fixed 5 course menu after our trip to Etna today and it was absolutely amazing, it was the best food we’ve had on our Sicily trip. The menue was 48€ per person, water flatrate and bottle of wine included. We really couldn’t believe it at first, the portions were also quite big. The food and presentation was of very high quality and the service was very good and professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and excellent hospitality

We celebrated a birthday on Saturday, August 1st and were very satisfied with everything: food, service, kindness, availability and hospitality. I'm happy to have met you and we will definitely come back to visit you as soon as possible.

Dinner with friends, excellent food, appetizers with various courses and typical products, kindness and courtesy create a pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.

We chose Casale del Notaio to celebrate the baptism of our American nephew, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The service was truly exceptional. The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate every need of our guests, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Organizing an event with guests coming from abroad was not easy, but they handled every detail with professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. The food was outstanding, with excellent quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and incredibly generous portions that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Despite other events taking place at the venue on the same day, the atmosphere remained calm and relaxing throughout the evening. Everything was perfectly organized, and we never felt overwhelmed or disturbed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We went for Sunday lunch and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We tried the Sunday set menu: generous portions and top-quality food! The service was impeccable: the staff is quick, attentive, and extremely polite. The appetizers are generous and authentic: the cured meats (mortadella with chopped pistachios and excellent salami) are fantastic, along with the diced cheeses, seasoned olives, caponata, and couscous with vegetables. Both the golden fried meatballs and the ones drowned in tomato and basil sauce were exceptional! Next, they served delicious fresh pasta Trapanese-style, expertly prepared. The portions were so generous that we couldn't even finish the main course, we were so full! We finished with a lemon parfait with a fresh lemon slice on top: a fresh, delicate dessert, perfect for ending the meal. A welcoming place with a truly excellent value and generosity. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had the chance to meet them for my son's 18th birthday, and it was the right choice!!! We had a wonderful evening, excellent food, and impeccable service! We thank all the staff, especially Giuseppe, who made everything perfect!!! I absolutely recommend it!!

We celebrated our daughter's baptism on July 4th. We and everyone was satisfied and happy with the evening. The food was excellent and plentiful, the staff was kind and polite, and the location speaks for itself, especially the terrace. The cake table setting was beautiful, as were the tables. The only flaw I found out about too late and couldn't fix was that they can't play music unless you pay the SIAE (Italian copyright law).

It's a quaint, rustic, welcoming, and elegant place. The very kind staff makes you feel at home. The real highlight is Chef Cristina's cuisine: everything is delicious, carefully prepared and full of flavor. You can taste her passion and talent. 5 💫 well deserved. Congratulations to the whole team!
