Best meal we’ve have had in Italy so far. Wow. We ordered the “Bistecca Incrocio Limousine” for a slightly less fatty meat option and omg, we loved every bite. Side dishes of vegetables and truffle mashed potatoes were perfect with it. Make the splurge! Don’t skip!

There were two of us, and we had a tender and perfectly cooked steak, served on a slate plate on a wooden chopping block. The quality of the meat was excellent. The baked potatoes were delicious on the side! Fast and attentive service. Highly recommended!

What can I say? If you want to eat quality meat in a sophisticated place with a clean, relaxing atmosphere, I can't recommend it highly enough.
I had a delicious Chianina tartare with truffles.
My boyfriend had a truly flavorful smoked Chianina tartare.
Then a fillet wrapped in Cinta Senese lard, uniquely tender and flavorful.
The meat was truly excellent quality. It was all accompanied by a worthy Bolgheri red, recommended by the restaurant manager, whom we found to be truly professional.
The waiters were also helpful and very polite.
Try it, it's worth it!

This restaurant is a world-class experience. They have a huge selection of steaks and wines, and the staff is excellent, unobtrusive, professional, and dedicated. A hidden gem tucked away on a side street in San Gimigiano.
