12/09/2025: If I'd discovered it earlier, I think I would have eaten arrosticini all vacation long. A simple place, but full of rustic substance.

11/09/2025: On holiday at Lido d'Abbruzzo, practically next to Fiorella... really good A-list arrosticini, but the liver ones were exceptional. The owner, a weasel, was smiling and friendly in the dining room. Compliments, truly clean, friendly environment and lots of authenticity, just what you need. Well done, you and your smiling collaborators...

07/10/2025: I've been there several times and always had a great time. Last night I celebrated my 50th birthday there and it was divine. The food was excellent as always, and the entire staff was nothing short of fantastic. ☺️☺️ Thank you for everything, and see you soon.

04/09/2025: Very disappointed with the customer service and online booking with Facebook account only We don't get involved with social media rubbish so we don't have a Facebook account So we couldn't book online We travelled 20mile and paid 40 euros taxi to come here The restaurant was only a third full and we were told that we couldn't have a table because they were fully booked I find that very hard to believe. Maybe they should have a better online booking facility because not everyone is on Facebook and if they were fully booked we would of seen this online and not completely wasted our time

25/08/2025: Real fish, in Romagna it's hard to find good seafood... but here, instead, authentic cuisine, fresh and genuine seafood, simple dishes crafted and presented with art in their simplicity! Fish just the way we like it, without too much fuss. Elegant and authentic atmosphere, just like our dearest Andrea! A true professional! EXCELLENT!!! Last night, everything was top-notch, as always! 29/10/2025: A very good restaurant, tucked away in a small village but well worth the detour. The food is excellent, well-seasoned, the meat is very tender, a real treat, and the ingredients are high quality and well-chosen. The setting is lovely, and the grill for the rib-eye steaks in the dining room is fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient. A minor drawback is that the hot dishes aren't served hot, so the sauce and meat cool down quickly. Just a small shame about that. (This applies to the Angus sirloin and the beef tenderloin.) I highly recommend this restaurant for meat lovers.

27/10/2025: Had lunch and dinner several times with the family, excellent cuisine and refined wines. Porcini mushrooms reign supreme (I've never seen such a variety of dishes) when it's in season, and meats... The friendly and gruff owner took me on a tour of the kitchen last time... 🍄‍🟫 🍷🍄‍🟫Recommended

07/10/2025: What a wonderful restaurant, we came here twice a couple of years ago and we returned a couple of days ago. The food was just as good as we remembered it. The consistency of quality is amazing. Please let us visit again when we are next in Firenze, incidentally we had not booked and they managed to squeeze us in. Thank you so much.

14/10/2025: I had the opportunity to appreciate the restaurant as a guest at a wedding. The location is evocative and the menu excellent, not to mention the fantastic wines paired with the meals. A hilltop village characterized by tuff houses.

09/09/2025: I ate at the restaurant on a Sunday lunch. I had high expectations, but they were a bit disappointed. The entrees were poorly balanced, with peppers overpowering the food; the agnolotti were mediocre; the octopus was good; the ribs were as salty as the bill. The bathroom was dark and dangerous. The courtyard was hot and full of bees and flies. Still, a very beautiful place.

02/09/2025: Camping Antholz: A huge disappointment!!!!!! It is with great regret that I find myself writing this review and giving it only one star, even though I had intended to give it zero. After years of choosing this campsite as my vacation destination, this year I left two days early due to a severe storm. It should be noted that the campsite was almost deserted at the time, so my early departure did not affect my reservations. My early departure was contested with a penalty of 40 euros, which was later "generously" reduced to 30 euros. I was treated like a complete stranger, with the cold reply that if I didn't like the rules, I could choose another campsite. I wonder where the value of being a regular customer has gone. There was not the slightest bit of consideration, not a single gesture of understanding. Mrs. Monica, after this treatment, we will never return. You have lost loyal customers for the ridiculous sum of 30 euros. Whatever you do, you receive!

14/10/2025: A hidden gem in the Levante hills. La Zita is always a sure thing: good food, homely service, and reasonable prices. If you're looking for a restaurant where you can eat a wealth of traditional products, you've come to the right place. The restaurant is so homey, it almost feels like entering a private home and being welcomed as part of the family. The highlight of the menu is the exceptional first courses, followed by the Ligurian-style rabbit, very juicy and not at all gamey. To top off the meal, the bill is incredibly low, in contrast to the rest of the restaurant. Excellent value for money.

10/10/2025: Restaurant surrounded by greenery. Tastefully decorated. Excellent food and a nice selection of wines. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

20/09/2025: Located in an old charming palazzo in the historic centre of Manduria, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, the latter with tables on the sidewalk of the old piazza - nice, but subject to the traffic noise that at times can be annoying. The food was excellent, we enjoyed our pasta dishes (orecchiette con melanzane e cacioricotta, and spaghetti alle vongole) and the trancio di spada alla brace that we both chose, fresh and well prepared. With shared appetiser of bruschette tradizionali, a bottle of white wine (Alice, from local verdeca grapes), water, coffee, and limoncello, the bill for the two of us was €85. Service was cordial and efficient. The overall ambiance was pleasant and welcoming, perhaps the music played in the indoor pizzeria/bar area was a little too loud and "overflowed" into the outside dining area. If you park the the blue lines section and use one of the APP services like EasyPark, be aware that the "parking spot number" that may be asked for is indicated in a little tag attached to the curb along the individual parking spot. We had a pleasant evening, and will be back.

20/09/2025: Good quality restaurant, wines at very reasonable prices. When booking, be sure to specify "table in the interior courtyard" to avoid being on the terrace which is on the Place Garibaldi side: lots of noise and cars 😱
