We dined at this restaurant during our stay in Abruzzo.
We tried both the classic arrosticini, the fillet arrosticini, and the liver arrosticini, all delicious, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Everything was accompanied by bruschetta served alongside the meat.
While waiting for the arrosticini, we tried a few appetizers, especially the mixed bruschetta, but the fried foods were also excellent.
The owner was extremely kind and friendly; despite the restaurant being full, the service was impeccable and fast.

The first compliment I have to give is the restroom! Simply perfect in terms of cleanliness and amenities. And then the helpfulness and kindness of the entire staff is top notch. My wife and I had dinner with antipasto, mixed crostini, and the fantastic arrosticini, and it was all delicious. If you're passing through Roseto, dinner at Fiorella is highly recommended.

A ONE-OF-A-KIND Experience
Everything was truly delicious: from the juicy arrosticini (a must-try), to the incredibly flavorful fried foods, to the perfect sweet and sour desserts to round off the meal, to the drinks... in short, everything was truly delicious.
We especially recommend the arrosticini (minimum 6-12 per person), the bruschetta (tomato and mixed), the fried foods/appetizers (dried olives, zucchini flowers), and the sour and sour desserts (the coconut sorbet is amazing, 10/10).
Another more practical tip is to make a reservation, as the place isn't very big and tables can fill up quickly.
The entire staff is fantastic, super helpful and friendly; while the quality of the food is excellent, so much so that the ingredients are fresh and local.

A fantastic place, amazing raw materials... Fiorella's friendliness is the added value... I think I will never be able to eat arrosticini anywhere else again... leave a little space for the dessert (very good) which you absolutely must try if you pass by Roseto

We arrived without a reservation and the very kind lady found us a spot. The simple menu is based on delicious arrosticini, the bruschetta is also good, and the service is nice and fast and welcoming. I highly recommend it and we'll be back soon.

The place is a bit small, but the food is really good—not just the arrosticini, but the appetizers are delicious, too. The waiters were very kind, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Even though it was only 7:30 PM and I was alone, they asked me to make a reservation for the next day. You need a minimum of five skewers, so I ordered five sheep's liver skewers (excellent, with bits of fat and onion) and five breaded chicken skewers, with complimentary olive oil bruschetta.
