The best lunch of the last 5 years

We stayed here on May 1st, 6 adults and 2 little girls. The place is surrounded by the green Umbrian hills, with a fantastic view. Excellent hospitality, the young and polite staff met our every need, even with two little girls who weren't particularly keen on sitting down! Excellent local food, presented in a modern style! Well done, especially Tommaso, if I remember correctly!

The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. They make you feel truly at home, yet with the level of care expected of a high-end restaurant. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, absolutely in line with the experience offered. I can give it 3 stars because the overall result is balanced by some positives and some negatives. On the plus side? The welcoming atmosphere, the kind and helpful staff, and the quality food. On the minus side? You can't charge 8 euros for a slice of tart. I understand the quality of the ingredients, and I understand that it's homemade, but charging 24 euros for three slices of tart is a complete rip-off.
