A beautiful and elegant country house nestled in the hills, a little out of the way but easy to find and with ample parking. Outdoor seating in the beautiful garden. The menu is very sophisticated and offers a wide range of options. Traditional local dishes and innovative options, using top-quality ingredients, are impeccably prepared and presented, and the food is generous but never heavy. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Service is very attentive and fast. The price is reasonable for the overall quality, which is still quite high.

I always seek out places off the beaten path when I travel. Le Casaline was recommended to me by a local, and by chance, I stumbled upon it at lunchtime, and everything was perfect: in the shade of a large, centuries-old tree, in the quiet. The portions are generous, the menu features both traditional and modern dishes, and you never feel weighed down. The meat is excellent, both raw and cooked, and the appetizer of prosciutto and scrambled ham with truffle is also unmissable. From appetizer to dessert, there's nothing I didn't love. Then, in the dining room, the beauty of seeing three generations at work: from grandfather to grandchildren. I felt so at ease, thanks to them, that I decided to return the next day for dinner, to try new dishes. And I'll be back again and again...

My hubby and I visited Albergo Ristorante Le Casaline In Spoleto Umbria, Italy and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is family run with many generations of fine, skilled chefs and hosts. We ordered exceptional homemade pasta, drank fabulous wine, and finished our meal with the most extraordinary tiramius. We were staying close by and I wish we had gone here every night for dinner... it was that good! Well it was GREAT!!

Overall excellent.... Definitely worth returning. Careful atmosphere, outdoor terrace in the summer. Impeccable service. Recommended.

Food is good. House wine not so great. Watch the bill. For us added 2 times bread which was brought without us asking for. Heard another couple shouting at the bill, in italian, for the same tric...

We had the pleasure of getting to know Le Casaline not only as customers, but also as professionals. We were guests for dinner and the experience was truly enjoyable: a welcoming atmosphere, authentic cuisine, and a staff that immediately makes you feel at home. Between courses, we even created a short video reel to capture the atmosphere of the place, and we were won over by the passion with which this restaurant, nestled in the Umbrian countryside, is run. A place where you eat well, feel good, and breathe authenticity. Highly recommended.
