It's not a touristy place. Don't expect fast service, but the food is worth it. Excellent value for money. Lorena and her brother Luca run the place, with the help of their mother, "the chef." I'm crazy about their crema catalana. Luca makes delicious homemade pasta, and the variety of sauces is fantastic. It's now become our go-to place when we pass through Levanto.

A restaurant with top marks, in the middle of nowhere. The first courses are definitely their forte; since we were a group of six, we tried a little bit of everything. Each one was better than the last, all excellent, and the portions were generous.
In addition to the first courses, we had tomatoes with anchovies and even fried anchovies.
The desserts were very good, and their alcoholic sweets were something I'd never tasted before, and were original.
The service was excellent, as was the restaurant itself.
It's absolutely worth it!
Highly recommended!

Thirteen or fourteen years after our first dinner there, we returned to try it again. We rediscovered the authenticity of the place. Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Such a unique experience. No menu, changing dishes every evening, family business, welcoming atmosphere, hidden spot in a beautiful little village in the mountain, always busy, very fair price if not even too low for what you get. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends and family. So so delicious! Cooked with love. Enjoy!

As soon as you sit down, you immediately feel at home. It's small, with just a few seats, but very welcoming. The owners are incredibly kind and treated me as if I'd known them forever, and I really liked that.
From what I understand, the menu is always the same, as told by word of mouth...
A few items, but made with love, very good, and definitely filling.
A wonderful experience. If I ever get back to this area, I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic meal by Nonna! No menus. Just what is being served with a few choices to make. Out of the way and full of tradition. Loved it!
