Excellent, refined cuisine, meticulous presentation, and a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. There's no dish that isn't worth a try. It goes without saying that we'll be back, because it seems obvious. August 2024 We found this restaurant by chance thanks to a GPS navigation system that gave us the wrong directions. We can only praise this place. The cuisine is excellent, carefully prepared, and of the highest quality. The friendly and attentive staff pamper their guests and explain the dishes in great detail, detailing the ingredients and their cooking methods. We treat ourselves to dinner there every time we're in the area. Advance reservations are recommended, as they're always fully booked.

17/08/2025: A genuine, honest, and traditional Italian patisserie, offering a wonderful selection of home-made sweets, gelato, and drinks. Locals keep returning, chatting with the staff like old friends, perhaps having grown up with the shop, and tourists like us are equally well treated and warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is cosy and authentic, making it the perfect spot to savour the joy of being in Sorrento. They also sell their original Limoncello. Every visit feels personal and charming, and the care and quality in every item are evident. Highly recommended!

As soon as we arrived, we were struck by the atmosphere: a refined, warm, and welcoming environment that immediately made you feel at home. It's not your typical impersonal restaurant; here, you'll find a family atmosphere that puts you at ease from the first moment. The staff deserves a special mention; they were all extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Not only were they attentive and quick with their service, but they were also friendly and capable of creating a friendly rapport that makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find staff so knowledgeable and at the same time so human. The service was extremely fast, without ever making you feel rushed; the dishes arrived on time and always accompanied by a smile. This made the dinner flow smoothly and harmoniously, allowing us to enjoy every moment in total relaxation. And then, of course, the food, truly excellent! Dishes prepared with quality ingredients, cooked with care and passion. Each course was a little journey of flavors, balanced and authentic, just as you'd expect. The generous portions, the homely presentation, and the surprising taste won over everyone at the table. In conclusion, we can't recommend this place highly enough, perfect for a dinner with friends or a special evening. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon, because places like this truly deserve a visit. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism and attention to detail.

26/06/2025: First evening in Mesagne. On recommendation, we went to this place for dinner... A perfect welcome from the waiter who spoke French. We were delighted with our evening. There will definitely be others.

Welcome: I think that in a place where drinks are around €17, while you wait downstairs to go up, they should find a way to offer a welcome water, especially given the summer heat. Service: Friendly but inexperienced staff, pushing hard to clear tables. As soon as we were seated, within 2 minutes, they asked us to order. With each drink taken away, they asked if we wanted another (I'll order, don't keep offering). Then, in their haste, they bring you the carving knife, leaving the serving knife behind without taking it away. Overall, the eye and training of an experienced maître d' is lacking. Food: The first courses were good (garlic, oil, chili, shrimp, and pasta with tomato sauce), the second courses were terrible. The fillet was cooked in a sea of ​​oil, unevenly cooked, and much longer than requested. The fries were soggy and served with an unannounced beetroot ketchup, lacking both the saltiness and acidity that would have been excellent for pancakes. The fish mince was extremely salty. To finish, a lemon tiramisu. The cream was excellent, eaten alone, but the ladyfingers that accompanied it were incredibly dry, making it difficult to chew and ruining the flavor. Bill for 2 starters, 2 main courses, 3 spritzes, 3 waters, 2 coffees, and 1 tiramisu: €230, which would have been reasonable if the quality were better and the service more attentive (otherwise, the staff was friendly). In summary? Have an aperitif and enjoy the view, then go elsewhere for dinner.
