Fantastic evening thanks to this great pizza chef and connoisseur of craft beers. He delighted us with pizzas of his own invention which he accompanied with a particular craft beer... at the end of the evening we tried 4 fantastic pizzas and 4 fantastic craft beers and a delicious dessert
If I could, I would give it a Michelin star for service and quality ;-)

A beautiful evening spent with my family. Pietro was very nice and welcomed us very well. He started by bringing us his fried croquettes which were certainly giant but also crunchy. The croquettes are served in a very hard and well-fried crust. No greasy feeling and warm interior. It satisfied me fully. In addition to the croquettes, we tasted his cacio e pepe, also fried in a crunchy crust and this time too the test was passed with flying colours. The crust contrasted with the strong flavor of the cheese and pepper. Next we tasted the Roman bacita, crunchy on the outside and soft and balanced on the inside. This dish comes with a double crunchy Roman pinsa with a composite content based on cream of potatoes, mozzarella, pumpkin and porchetta and despite all the flavor I found it to be well balanced and at the same time tasty to the taste. After which we tasted the BACCO E IL MIELE pizza, a sweet and sour encounter served on 48-hour leavened pizza. The pizza was served with red wine cream and a slightly spicy salami base on which Pietro melted pieces of provolone del monaco using a burner on the table in front of all the diners, all contrasted by a round of very sweet honey of excellent quality. A sweet and sour flavor that reminded me of the sweet and sour onion from Tropea on my palate. I'm still in the pizzeria and I'm waiting for dessert and I decided to reward Pietro by anticipating my review. And my final consideration is precisely on Pietro. He proved to be a very helpful person, explaining his dishes in a passionate and meticulous manner, exuding an unquestionable passion. He conveyed to me the sense of his desire to amaze. I think I can say that his style is based on the search for contrast through the study of foods. I offer my compliments and five well-deserved stars.

All very good!! Never judge a book by its cover!! The stuffed croquette is a must try, you can taste the crunchy breading and the fresh potato! We took 2, one broccoli and sausage and the other mortadella and pistachio and they drove us crazy! It has many varieties of pizzas on the menu, we took a Porcinella, 2 patané and a buffalo, we were amazed by the goodness and lightness of the pizzas!! (the sauce was sweet and was delicious!!). As for the desserts, they are worthy of the awards they have won!! The bowler hats are highly recommended! Very kind staff and owner, they take care of the customer! We will absolutely be back ❤️! Highly recommended!!! ❤️❤️

Delicious pizza and I ABSOLUTELY recommend the stuffed croquette, it's the highlight. The desserts are also excellent, worthy of the award they received. I'll be back!

Pizze e farinata ottime, materia prima di ottima fattura, birra buonissima, dolci squisiti, personale molto professionale. Su puntuale indicazione ricevuta da mio fratello, ci siamo affidati alle mani esperte del buon Pietro. Che dire, Ogni morso di qualsiasi pizza a sorpresa proposta, venivamo pervasi da un tripudio di sapori e saperi tipici di chi di farine se ne intende. Mio fratello sostiene che ogni volta che deve mangiare una pizza è consapevole del fatto chei deve fare 40 km, ma per questa li fa ben volentieri. Ingredienti superlativi come non ci fosse un domani. Per non parlare poi della cortesia e disponibilità dimostrata dal personale di sala. Posto consigliatissimo.
