What a discovery! This restaurant may be a bit remote, but it is worth every minute of driving. We started with the shrimp gyoza — absolutely fantastic — and then had a seafood pasta that was without a doubt the best dish we had in all of Tuscany. The welcome by Jho and Antonella was warm and personal; you immediately feel welcome. For us it was a twenty minute ride, but we would do it again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a culinary experience off the beaten track!

We had lunch in this restaurant during a celebration, discovered it a bit by chance on Google Maps but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the waitresses were very friendly and kind, the furnishings were pleasant and refined. The menu was really very inviting, so much so that it was difficult to choose what to have... we had a starter and a first course but we will return to try their grilled fish. Highly recommended 👍

What can I tell you?! I've been following Aldo for decades (and I'm not that old :-) ...the quality is constantly improving and his cuisine remains my favourite.

We chose this restaurant because today is Monday and it is hard to find a restaurant on Monday. And we were not mistaken, because they have the best fresh fish, shrimp and other crudo. And also excellent and fast service. And a large wine list. Jio is the best restaurant owner I have ever met. This is very nice. I was also surprised by a large number of liqueurs made from pistachio, melon, lemon and banana. Definitely 5 stars. You are the best. Thanks for the great service.

Location comoda con ampio parcheggio e vicina alle vie di comunicazione. All'interno locale molto curato e accogliente, servizio professionale e cordiale.
Menù contemporaneo con influssi asiatici.
Alta qualità e porzioni adeguate.
Eccellenti i tagliolini all'astice, ottimi i gyoza. Belle proposte nella carta vini.
Assolutamente consigliato, non ha molti rivali in zona.

...non disputandum est! Infatti c'è poco da dicutere, anzi NULLA...ne tantomeno da eccepire: TUTTO INECCEPIBILE!!! Materia prima, lavorazione, trasformazione e presentazione...tutto eccellente dall'inizio alla fine. Ma non c'è solo lo Staff di cucina (lo Chef Aldo Liguoro in primis), c'è anche tanto altro. Personale di sala, attento, preparato, discreto e professionale...due donne ECCEZIONALI: Antonella & Jho. Cantina con tante etichette interessanti, non solo i soliti "blasonati", ma un "microcosmo" di piccoli produttori che lo Staff di sala è bravissimo a valorizzare. Complimenti!!!
