The owners are delightful, as is the food. The homemade pasta is excellent. Bollo's meats are excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's best to make a reservation to be sure of a seat.

Excellent and tasty traditional Emilian cuisine. Both the first and second courses are really good. The service is very fast, perhaps a little too fast. I'd expect a slightly longer wait between the first and second courses. The cake mix is ​​very good. If I could suggest or recommend, perhaps the welcome and customer service... a few more smiles wouldn't hurt 😊

We did the tasting and had two excellent first courses and two second courses. The tagliatelle with ragù was delicious; the pasta was perfect. The second courses were also delicious; the ribs melted in your mouth! We recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy truly well-crafted traditional Emilian dishes.

Traditional Emilian cuisine done very well: flavorful and well-seasoned tagliatelle with prosciutto ragù, tortelloni with an excellent ricotta filling (though they only serve butter and sage), tender sliced ​​Angus beef. Finally, zuppa inglese made just like home. Fast service. Unfortunately, two things didn't quite live up to the food: the wine was already opened and the lady's acerbic and unfriendly demeanor when making very simple requests. She was very friendly with returning customers, but much less so with us, our first-timers...but that just made us lose out.
