Nice place with friendly and excellent service. Had lunch with a second soup, tagliatelle with ham ragù and passatelli with mushrooms and sausage, really good. Second courses, baked pork ribs and roasted guinea fowl, excellent. I highly recommend it.

Ospite in zona da un cliente, ho avuto l'occasione di pranzare in questa Trattoria dove la specialità sono ovviamente, manco a dirlo le tagliatelle fatte in cas al ragù. Che dire, un piatto spettacolare nella sua semplicità. Servizio assolutamente attento e presente, posto molto frequentato da gente del posto e prezzi ottimi per la qualità e la quantità del cibo offerto.

La location sarebbe da rinnovare un po’ e i tavoli sono molto stretti ma il cibo è talmente buono che lo fa passare in secondo piano. Tagliatelle con ragout di prosciutto e stinco di maiale con patate al forno sono un must-have, delizioso! Piacevole la visita dello Chef Bollo a fine serata, è un personaggio molto simpatico. Qualità prezzo al top.

Dalla "fama" del locale mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu. Piatti buoni classici, un po costosi proprio perché senza quel tocco in piu da giustificare la spesa

….. più volte mi è capitato di pranzare o cenare in questo luogo fantastico….. Complice un appuntamento con clienti e fornitori optiamo per andare a pranzo da Bollo….. Antipasti fantastici, tagliatelle insuperabili, costine ottime, che dire tutto perfetto . Gentilissimi e premurosi come sempre, grazie di tutto .

29/03/2024: Great home made pasta, tasting amazing. Couldn't go farther than primi piati as we took pasta two times... Really really good and fair prices.
23/03/2024: Very nice place, kind and attentive staff, delicious food and desserts to fly away! Especially the mousse with chopped hazelnuts and salted caramel... crazy good, a rarity! They also took care of me as I have celiac disease. We will definitely be back!

02/04/2024: Extremely friendly staff and delicious food! A place that I absolutely recommend, everything is good from the first courses to the crescentine and tigelle, excellent desserts and a good choice of wines. I will definitely be back
01/04/2024: Went here for lunch with the football team, as we had a match in the afternoon. The team had lunch with the sports menu, while we the staff ate tagliatelle with mushrooms, then sliced ​​and sweet. Everything was really excellent and the staff were very friendly and competent. Truly top restaurant.
